Really enjoyed my stay here. Had to leave my home here for a week for a special assessment project. Came on a recommendation from my brother, who stayed here a couple of times. Now I can see why. Very roomy, clean and comfortable. Would definitely try and stay here again if need be. Have no complaints at all! Mahalo!
Everything was as described, quiet, had everything we needed to cook when we wanted to or just relax. Ten minute drive to beach, great restaurants in area.
We were here for a week. Drove 850 miles. North, South, East, West. It was nice to have a comfy place to call home while on vacation.
We enjoyed our stay. The condo was comfortable. The neighborhood very quiet with coqui frogs and birds pleasant to listen to. It was a nice size for the two of us. The AC in the bedroom was a life saver on the hot days. The lanai was very peaceful and nice views of landscape. I worried about the bed after reading a review, but found that it was just fine. We saw a few geckos outside but nothing came in the apartment. The kitchen is minimally stocked-had essentials though. It was very humid and warm in living room / kitchen in afternoons and evenings since there is no air and not much of a breeze. It was a short walk to the bay and a short drive to shopping center. Tiffany was very accommodating.
The condo was a great location for all our daily excursions. We love the local poke bar at the local KT and the big hill for walking in the morning. It was perfect for us(a couple) to sleep and eat at. Only one thing lacked and that was a smart TV. It would have been nice for the early nights to cuddle on the couch for a show.
Great access perfect for handicap. Wide doors are the most beautiful to overlook the beautiful scenery around the building. You can see the pool as well as the ocean on the left. The adorable lizards and birds that approach you on the patio. Well definitely stay again. Great access to the golf course, as well as location in town.
Nice quiet condo, had everything that I needed. AC in the bedroom was a great bonus! 10 minutes +- to Kona town but there are several restaurants and stores in Keauhou. I have rented several different places from Evolve and have been happy every time.
Lovely vacation home in the tropics. Last house on the road in a quiet neighbood. Be prepared to be added to another vacation rental service by the property manager and emailed their offers without signing up. Comfortable space and the snorkel gear is a great perk. The main room gets too hot during the day to be inside at all, and the roof exhaust fan that would make it more bearable is broken. The AC in the bed room is perfect for sleeping though. And like a lot of these rentals, no one is checking if things work. The cheap bed is pretty beat up and falling apart. I pretty much fell though it my first night, and had to spend time reparing it and propping up the center. And of course no one notices the fire extinguisher needs recharged until some poor guest goes to use it. Great pool and well kept grounds.
Very quiet , kind of like a cul de sac. Love having a private bedroom. Bathroom was perfect for us. The Deck was awsome. Loved how it was one story walk in and up higher for the balcony out back. Full kitchen was important to us. We do not eat out a lot. Nice you could see a little of the ocean and the pool. Last day we finally went into the pool. Very Nice!!!!Price wise... very good. Having our specific parking... very nice.
Condo clean comfortable some thing need to be addressed screen lani door replaced and doors need attention we’ve stayed at these units before and my expectations weren’t what I expected
Overall very nice place. The online listing had two TV’s listed and there was only one and we had a hard time getting that tv to work, we weren’t there to watch tv but we arrived on Super Bowl Sunday and would’ve like to watch the second half of the game but couldn’t get the tv to work, had to contact the rental place and still couldn’t get it to work right our whole stay. Another thing is that the air conditioner unit in the living room/kitchen area wasn’t working, let them know right away and the response was that they were looking at replacing it but it wasn’t done while we were there so it did get stuffy in that area every day. Didn’t mind the gecko in the kitchen but did have to kill several ants in the bedroom and bathroom. Otherwise the apartment was nice and conveniently located, washer and dryer and pool were a plus.
Liked nice and quiet. Casual pool area. Parking turn around situation tight.
