Property was beautiful. Liv was wonderful to communicate with. View was gorgeous.
I really like that the host answered when ask questions but did not message without need. Also the kitchen was great liked the fact they left spices and things from other guest that had stayed.
This is my second time I wanted to show my granddaughter why her Nana is moving to Hawaii and this is one of the places she fell in love with her. I fell in love with the place has been renovated, so it’s very shiny and clean, but only takes secondsplace when it comes to the view always moving. Unpredictable and so much marine life this time we saw dolphins and turtles. The Dolphins were showing off. I’d like to share some of the pictures of this home and I must say the pictures do not do it justice! Mahalo
We recently stayed at this property and it was a perfect fit for our group of 6! We were all very comfortable and loved the view! Great location and easy to get to a variety of activities around the island. Liv was easy to work with and had an easy check in / out process.
Gorgeous, calming and serene. It is one of the place where you just sot in front of ocean all the long and enjoy the mesmerizing beauty of ocean. Place is newly renovated upgraded neat and clean and has everything you need to have a comfortable stay. We absolutely love this place and will stay again future.
My husband and I stayed there for 5 days and it was incredible!! The views of the ocean and listening to the waves crashing on the volcanic rocks were breathtaking!! It was so nice staying in a home instead of a hotel or condo. We highly recommend this beautiful gome
I well recommend this place 100%. Clean, complete with pretty much everything you need including washer and dryer like staying in your own house. nice location, close to restaurant and of course the ocean on your backyard couldn’t ask for more.We enjoyed our stay. Definitely we’ll rent this house again.Thank you!

since I took the time to read the comments I was expecting things not to be perfect with this stay, had I not researched the property I may have been disappointed due to high hopes, with that said knowing everything with the house was not going to be perfect, I will say we had a great time. location and views are amazing the constant crashing of the waves got to be a little much by the end of the stay, but overall we had a great time.
Funky cool house overlooking the ocean. Close to Hilo and the beaches, as well as the Volcanos National park. Lovely neighborhood.
We stayed in this home for the full month of March 2025. We rated this a 10 based on our top three requirements: next to the ocean, clean, comfortable beds. This home met all three requirements. The ocean with its spectacular crashing waves, stunning views, and swimming turtles was wonderful. The sound of the waves at night along with the comfortable bed made for excellent sleeping. The home was clean and the two new area rugs were a nice update. However, as others have noted, this home would benefit from additional updates. For example, the couch is very uncomfortable. Our inquiries via email were answered promptly. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Amazing views turtles and whales galore.
We really enjoyed our stay. The house was nice, but definitely needs some TLC. That did not deter from the beauty of the water below. We saw a turtle nearly everyday. It was a great place to visit all the sites nearby and we enjoyed the small town of Pahoa. The house was furnished well. Kitchen well stocked. We were grateful for the washer and dryer as well! All in all, very relaxing. The beds were good. We had one night that was very wet and it was a little humid in the house. But listening to the waves hit those rocks put me to sleep everytime! Thanks Liv!
The group at the VRBO were there for a reunion along with several Big Island residents, all good freiends.

Amazing location where the back yard neighbor is the Pacific! The ocean sounds are soothing. We viewed turtles and frolicking whales right from the back porch. We booked our 2025 stay before we checked out of our 2024 stay! Once we decide on vacation dates, we’ll be booking again! As a matter of fact we would change our vacation dates if needed to book this amazing place!
The property was conveniently located in and out of the way location with views that seem to never stop from every floor of this home. Words cannot express the power and strength of this home. Will definitely come back again.

This is a great little house, very well designed to take advantage of its fabulous ocean view that all rooms get to enjoy. Description very accurate, manager super responsive. It's for the kind of guest who likes to throw all the windows open and listen to the wind and the thundering waves. If that's you, take it. Excellent for whale watching, too.
The view from the house is amazing. The ocean can get a little loud and shakes the house at night. Overall it is a great experience.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Three bedrooms gave everyone their own space. Well equipped kitchen for family get together meals. Sitting outside to watch the ocean right out front during the day was amazing and star gazing at night was unbelievable. A memorable stay!

This property has incredible views! It’s definitely an older home than is in need of some updating but the beauty of the crashing ocean waves mostly makes up for it. There was no dishwasher or air conditioning but that
didn’t affect
Overall, it was a good stay, and I would stay here again. The view and sounds of the ocean were amazing as promised. The beds were comfortable, which is a huge priority for me. The location is not super convenient to activities, but it is a quiet neighborhood. The only major complaint for us was the living room furniture. Every piece was uncomfortable and falling apart. There was no really comfortable place to sit together and chat.
The property was exactly as described. Great location and central to all we wanted to do. We slept great with ocean breezes and never had a problem with no a/c. The driveway was steep but we knew that from our instructions and we expected that with level where we parked and unloaded.
I loved this beach house rental. The host did an excellent job stocking the unit. The house was Very clean and the unit has everything you need for your stay!
This property is located beautifully and is well maintained. Beds were comfortable and home was perfect for our needs. We could sit for hours watching and listening to waves.
