No complaints and an excellent view!
Property was in great shape with everything we needed to prepare a few meals and make coffee. View was great and the evenings were nice and quiet.
The property was super clean and actually had sharp chef's knives in the kitchen which made a world of difference when we cooked in. While the decor was a bit dated, the property was super clean from rugs to kitchen to bathroom.We stayed for a week and spent mornings and evenings on the balcony enjoying the views. Convenient location away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Waikiki yet close enough to make the 15-20 minute walk when needed.
The rooms were large, the layout was perfect and the deck was amazing. The host was very communicative with any questions or concerns I had. Additionally, there were signs for easy use of items or area. There was some residue from what I assume was a previous wedding party with decorative confetti (Mr. and Mrs.) but in general, the place was clean and orderly. I would extremely recommend this location for big families.

We stayed 5 nights with my family and I didn’t regret that I choose this property. The panoramic view from very spacious balcony was really amazing!! Location was also great and easy to access everywhere. We had a rental car but there was a valet parking and very easy and fast to take in/out our car. Some parts and furnitures were old but it was clean and big enough to stay for 7 people. The property owner always responded promptly. Definitely recommend it!
The patio area was filthy. The area behind the bedroom drapes haven’t been cleaned in quite some time. The decorative features were weird and disco (70s) like. The kitchen had 10 knives but no whisk to make pancakes. The large skillet was warped and didn’t sit properly on the stove. Would not rent again.
There are a few stains on carpet and some general wear and tear scratches on doorways and baseboards, but overall the condo was amazing and the location perfect for our group needs.

The location was just on the edge of the beach, not a far walk. Hotel definitely needs updating. While the condo overall was clean the condition of the carpets was deplorable. Heavily stained and felt dirty. Walls are marked and need paint. This could be an amazing place butit needs work..it did fit all 8 of us and the lanai was anice bonus
We enjoyed our stay, the property was cozy and had plenty of beds. The views from the room were incredible!

Where to start…. Upon check in our code to get into the condo didn’t work. I was able to reach out to someone (the hosts book keeper per what she told me) and a new code was given to me after a call back and we were eventually able to get it. Apparently it was an error by the cleaning lady.The unit itself is incredibly outdated, which we could tell from the images, but they didn’t do it justice. The carpets were disgusting and stained all over. While the unit was “clean” it felt dirty and smelled very very heavily of mildew, so much so we had to immediately open all doors and windows. It was hard to breathe. We reached out to the host about this as I was (and still am) concerned they may have a mold issue, but we never heard anything from them. I emailed them again about a few other issues (button in the toilet was pushed down but still worked and the exterior doors to the deck didn’t seem to close fully and left a gap at the base) but didn’t hear anything from them again. And still haven't. They were mute and unresponsive.The building amenities were ok at best, but the building was built in the early 1960’s and felt that it was still in that era. If you are looking for a great pool, this is not your place. On the positive the units views were as shown and you are a close walk to the beach and main shopping areas. We would never stay here again (and almost left mid stay due to smell), and it was way too much money for what you got.

Inside the Ilikai Hotel & Luxury Suites, the apartment is on the top floor with great views. The carpet has a few stains, but that’s minor. It was ideal for our family over the holidays. The property manager was very responsive to out questions and one minor issue (a fan remote with a dead battery).
Family vacation for wedding with five adults and one child. Good location, but the decor of the apartment is pretty dated. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the view from the deck is amazing.
I loved this place as a quick and easy getaway. It was clean and cute with its furnishings. Large lanai. I wish we had more time to stay but I was so appreciative that I was able to book for one night. Would love to come back again
First the positives - amazing views and good location. Now the not so positives - although we knew the decor was dated by the photos, it seems some of the listed amenities (air conditioning and wifi) are being treated as "that's all we can do". When we arrived, the master bedroom was very hot and the AC wasn't able to keep up with the temp. When we asked that this be looked into, we were told that because of the duct work, that's as much cool air that could be directed to that part of the unit. We were provided an additional fan. Don't think this was a new issue with the unit. Also, there was a small rubber tub used to catch the condensation under that specific AC unit which is located in one of the closets in the master bathroom (which we weren't told about), which overflowed! Walked into the master after being out for the day to find the bathroom floor covered with water - which we cleaned up. Solution was to put a larger receptacle (5 gallon bucket) under the unit for the remainder of our stay. Also, the WiFi was spotty at best. This was important for us as we had some business to contend with during our trip and we kept getting kicked off. Solution was to unplug/ plug the router with hopes it would solve the issue - it didn't. Sent a follow up email asking management to address again (new router?) and it went unanswered. Had to rely on slower speed personal hotspots from our cell phones for internet access. There's more but only 1500 characters. Again, just ok

Great location, clean and specious.
The property was as expected. This is a penthouse apartment with large rooms and a spacious interor. The views are amazing. However there are a few things to note. The interior is of an older style. There is carpet in the main living room and tile flooring around the kitchen. There is carpet in all the bedrooms. The main thing is that there is staining on the carpets. These are old staining and we knew that coming in as recounted by other customers so that wasnt too much of an issue. There was a gap in communication. During our stay there was a fire alarm and smoke detection check for all residents. This wasnt properly conveyed to us so when we went out for the way we arrived to a notice that security had entered our room. Yearly smoke alarm and speaker checks are understandable however it would have been nice to be notified a head of time, rather than returning to our room and finding out that security had entered the apartment when we weren't there. The apartment isvery clean and spacious. The hotel is a busy place bustling with people and all the staff were kind and friendly. The location is a prime spot as it is on the main beach front and right next to the Hilton resort. It is super central and near the major shopping locations in Waikiki. We had a wonderful stay.
We planned a last minute trip and the hosts were very accommodating and made the check-in and check-out process friction free. Great location.
The view from the living room, deck and two of the bedrooms is amazing-it overlooks the boat harbor and you can see the beach at Magic Island. The deck (26th floor) is fortified and safe, and the condo is spacious. It is a ten plus minute walk to the beach (where we snorkeled and saw sea turtles) and is about a mile from Ala Moana Mall. The condo is walking distance to many local shops and restaurants. Parking is conveniently available at the Boat Harbor Lot. The condo does not have a washer, dryer or dishwasher.
Carpet was stained throughout but I was aware of that at booking. Great view and A/C kept up no problem. Had no issues with fridge as previously reported. Would stay again with a family of 6!
Enjoyed the whole stay, it was big enough for our family of 6

We are from Hawaii so we were doing a small staycation. It was a very big room. More than enough room to fit our entire family. The parking there is valet service and during check in and check out time it can be quite busy. The hotel lobby was nice and spacious. There were many shops in the lobby. We took the elevators up to the 26th floor which was the penthouse. First glance when we walked in was the amount of space and the beautiful lanai area. However, upon having a closer look there were a few things we were disappointed in. The carpet in the room was quite stained and dirty. The kitchen had some outdated appliances. The refrigerator was updated however for some reason it wasn’t keeping cold. Our food ended up getting spoiled in the refrigerator. During our stay the bedroom off the kitchen area had a stand up fan, so I’m sure it is known that the AC doesn’t work well in that room. It was quite warm even with the curtains down and at night. It wouldn’t go below 76 degrees. One of the chairs on the dining room table was also about to break and very wobbly. The room came with towels and amenities which was really nice. As for the hotel pool, we didn’t go in because it was quite small and very crowded so we opted to go to the Hilton lagoon which was a nice quick walk. Overall, it was a nice staycation with the family. I loved the size of the room and the views from the lanai were great. The room could use a lot of updating and fix the AC and refrigerator and get that carpet out.

Overall, the place offers good pricing, space and most of the amenities we needed. AC, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths were important. The view and location were amazing. However, parking was valet only, no washer/dryer or dishwasher. Unfortunately, the carpet is white and has some old stains, which was a bit of a turn off. Otherwise, we’ve enjoyed our stay.
As soon as we walked in the room we were amazed by the view. Overall it was an amazing place to stay I highly recommend it. The beds are insanely comfortable
The decor is old fashioned but the posted pictures are accurate. The condo was clean but could use a really deep cleaning and new carpet. One of the AC units broke while we were there and the property manager responded quickly, although a technician was not available until the next day. We were very pleased with our stay in 2602.
Everything was great. Can ypu check for 2 credit cards that might be there? One amex and one comerica. Thanks
