This place was OK. It should not have been listed as a remodel. Painting a wall and changing out the countertops does not make it a remodel. Do not stay in this place if you have more than two people as the couch should be burned. It is incredibly uncomfortable, especially when pulled out to make a “bed “. Unless you like sleeping in a folded up position, do not attempt to pull the bed out of the couch. Not to mention the disgusting stains. Overall the place was nothing to rant and rave about. It’s definitely a place I would never stay again or refer.
There was no surprises regarding the room. The posted pics were accurate. I was disappointed in the amount of noise from the street and the AC unit. I would also like to suggest the TV gets mounted on the wall so you can see if from the bed otherwise you have to sit on the couch which blocks the view from the bed.
The owners of this property were very thorough and communicative. The room was clean and we had plenty of space. Would definitely return. Thank you for a great week 😎

Place is well equipped, 1min walk to the lagoon and beach, good sound proof and not noisy.
The place is so conveniently placed, with food locations around, short walk to beach and ~15min-20min walk to shopping street.

This place is one big room with a bed and a hide a bed. If you plan on spending a lot of time in your room, this isn’t a good choice, since it’s pretty basic. It’s hard to understand why you would do that though. It’s a great location and near to everything in Waikiki.
The key coded check in is super easy. I wish everyone did that.
Parking might present an issue if it gets full. They give hotel guests priority, not condo renters. If you do get in to the building valet parking somehow, I’d suggest the first time you pay for all the days you will be there all at once. That means you are in no matter what.
Overall, I don’t have any complaints and can see no reason why this would not be a good choice for a couple or even possibly a small family.

We found this lovely place at the last minute (when our other VRBO cancelled on us) and it was exactly as advertised. Parking is not included and it wasn't quite as clean as we had hoped, but it was good enough. It's very close to the beach (less than 5 minute walk). The property managers were great to deal with (we had to cut our trip short due to the Coronavirus). Thank you! We will hopefully be able to come again!
This was an very lovely and inviting condo. Perfect for a relaxing get away. The location was perfect near so many things and the water. Made some great memories. Will definitely recommend to others. Thank you for making this a great trip.
Great location, an easy walk to the mall and the rest of Waikiki. Clean. Easy access and really fast wifi. Will definitely consider stay here again if we return to that part of the islands.
