We appreciate the care and thoughtfulness that has gone into preparing a place for guests to enjoy. Not just the big things, but all of the small items too. Such as the rechargeable flashlights, ocean and beach items particularly the rubber sand mats, the notes on the door areas, labels on the light switches, land line (which came in handy when the emergency services called about the high winds and potential power outages), the paper supplies, leftover containers for storing items in the refrigerator, extra garbage bags and paper products, and the lanai shades to help keep the living room cooler. We found this place to be welcoming and quieter than other Big Island locations.

This unit is located on the ground floor in an exquisite setting! The condo itself is extremely well equipped, and everything is well organized and clean. The view from the lanai is spectacular, with the golf course as a central theme. You will require a car to explore the island of Kona. Thank you, Deborah and John.
Great place to chill and had everything we needed for the beach. Access to community pool and pickleball courts was appreciated.
This property is exactly as advertised. Clean, well stocked and a great location as a jump off point to the rest of the island. If there’s one negative it would be the golf course maintenance crew cutting grass at 4:30am, but it really didn’t bother too much.We we recommend this unit and would definitely stay there again when we return to the island.

The golf course was beautiful to wake up to every day! Loved having the nene geese announcing themselves every day!
I am not sure if it was noted that the ground floor unit had to go down 2 flights of stairs to get to.
I have an injured bad knee that made it very difficult to go up and down constantly!
I know about water conservation in the toilets. , but if you did not know which toilet to hold down flush is complete, defeated the purpose flushing g 2-3 times!
Got very windy one day and one of the blind pieces flew off!
Was too high to try to reinsert.
Location was fairly convenient to getting to places.
Might choose one closer to shops and beaches!
Overall, very pleasant stay!
Too bad ceiling was not soundproofed! Upstairs person heard walking and flushing of toilet.
Would have preferred not to have had 2 flights of stairs to get to unit or up to to vehicle!
There was leak under kitchen sink next to last day as doing dishes.
Not sure if from runoff from where sink and counter met.
Seemed to be only time it leaked. We checked it few times. No new leaks.

The property was clean and accommodating with organized instructions. It has a complete amenities including beach gears. It's like being home away from home.
However, the daily early morning gardeners was a bit much. Otherwise, it was a lovely stay.
Enjoyed beautiful sunsets during our latest stay in this wonderful condo. We've stayed here several times and will be back again!
The place was very clean, great view of the sunset out on the patio. We would stay there again.
This was our second time staying in this lovely unit and it once again did not disappoint. Great location on the golf course, lovely sunset views every night, and great proximity to the community pool, club house and restaurant
Loved the property, it had everything we needed. The location was convenient to restaurants and shopping. The bed was very comfortable and unit was very clean and well maintained. Owners very responsive and accommodating. It was the perfect place to stay.
