Haleiwa Beach, which you can see 1/2 mile away at Ali’i Beach Park is home to the famous Triple Crown of International Surfing. One can actually see “down the tube” expert surfers shred the waves, and “tow in surfing” on really monstrous days!! A 5 minute car ride will take you to Laniakea, Chuns Reef, or Piddley’s for real local style surf.
