So centrally located to the shops and restaurants in Waikiki. Balcony had a lovely view of Diamond Head, the Golf Course and the Canal. The condominium was well equipped with everything you need and a BBQ & pool on the top floor with fabulous views. Jane and Mario always replied to messages. We would highly recommend this Condo for your stay in Waikiki.

Fantastic location within walking distance to beach. Check-in was easy. Not a new building but well maintained and clean - building staff/security friendly. Pool deck has amazing views (as does the unit). Loved the pool, sauna was a bonus surprise. Having two bathrooms was so good. Great to have full kitchen to cook some meals and onsite parking. We enjoyed our stay.
We really enjoyed our stay at this property. We are a family of four, and the place was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate all of us. The location is perfect, close to all the Waikiki activities, but just far enough away that it’s not noisy. Having a reserved parking spot for the unit made coming and going a breeze.The unit was very clean and well equipped, with everything you need in the kitchen, plus a washer and dryer. It also had everything you could want for the beach: chairs, an umbrella, towels, boogie boards, and more. Waikiki can get hot, so you’ll need to run the AC, which might be a bit loud if you’re a light sleeper, but that’s no different from other window AC units.Definitely a place we would recommend!
We enjoyed our stay in the apartment. I arrived during a tsunami warning and Jane replied to me which helped ease some concerns. You can’t beat the location as its walking distance to so much in the area. The accommodations were tight for 5 adults requiring one person to sleep on the couch, but we knew that when we booked it. The living room has limited seating, but as we weren’t there much it wasn’t an issue. We did find that to ensure the bedrooms were cool you have to keep the doors closed. We got to enjoy the rooftop pool only one day as it then closed for a repair. That was disappointing. The rooftop is very nice though and allows for several areas to sit and hang out. I would stay here again.
This was our 2nd time staying in Jane’s Condo. The condo is amazing, it’s clean, very roomie and plenty of beach stuff. Love all the views from the Lanai and pool deck. The condo is in a perfect location, easy to get to places with a short walk. Love having a parking spot because we rent a vehicle. We will definitely be coming back to stay in the future.

The stay was great. The host was super communicative. Allowed us to drop bags early and even extended our check out. Location was prime. Parking spot was such a plus.
Two bedrooms with two bathrooms are perfect for family. Very comfortable bedding and modern kitchen appliances, superb for cooking if you’re in a budget. There are many convenient stores within couple of blocks, great shopping with the Target store nearby. Hosts (Jane and Mario) are very considerate and helpful. Will definitely go back to the same condo next time.
The condo was easy to find. Very clean well stocked condo. Beds comfortable. Clean and well maintained common area with the cleanest bbq grills i ever saw. great views of lanai of the ocean, canal and diamond head. Easy walk to Waikiki beach, shopping and places to eat. Would definitely book again
Unit was clean, modern and in an excellent location. Having a free parking stall and secure building was also a plus. You are literally a block from the new International Market Mall, and you can walk through this and you on Kalakaua which runs right on Waikiki Beach. You are in short walking distance to tons of restaurants and shopping. We would definitely stay here again. The washer and dryer were a wonderful extra that we used repeatedly. Also, having a free designated parking stall was awesome. Unit also has a stocked kitchen and extra towels and wash clothes, which is always nice! The unit has views of the Waikiki Beach, Diamond Head and the Ala Wai Canal.
Location was huge for us and this place fit the bill. Easy walk to Waikiki beach, shops and restaurants. On-site parking was also a plus.However, there were many things in the condo that need attention including bugs in the kitchen (trash can doesn’t seal which contributes to this problem), multiple tears in the sofa, peeling deck furniture, limited kitchen supplies etc. .

We had a wonderful stay at Jane's condo in Hawaii! The property was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. We did encounter a small issue during our stay, but Jane responded quickly and provided a solution right away, ensuring our experience was smooth and enjoyable. We truly appreciated her prompt communication and attention to detail. We're already looking forward to returning to this beautiful property on our next visit to Hawaii!
The property was clean and well maintained. Location is prime in Waikiki and includes free parking! Jane was an amazing host and very responsive to a couple of minor issues. The condo was fully equipped with appliances and all cooking items. They also had beach chairs and boogie boards that were in great shape. I can’t wait to come back and stay here again!
US couple and theur Japan in-laws met for a week in Honolulu. Our host always responded quickly when needed. The condo was awesome. In addition to the nearby beach, we were in walking distance to Zoo, Aquarium, Target, and all pick-up spots for our chosen tours. Perfect location and even many residents gave us some assistance as well.
Had a few hiccups checking in but other than that things were good. Great location, parking garage was a huge plus. Unit was clean and building was secure. Would recommend.

This property is in a great location with lots of eating and shopping locations that are walkable. Only complaint we have is that the living room area gets a little hot and stuffy during the day and at night. If the ceiling fan blew harder this would have helped. Also it would have been nice to have ceiling fans in the bedrooms. The host is great and was quick to respond to any questions or inquiries we had. We were also able to check in early!!

We enjoyed our short stay very much. Check in was extremely professional and easy. The rooms are lovely and there is enough space everywhere.
The beach is amazing, turtles everywhere and a lovely sunset.
The only thing that was not 100% (but 90) was the cleanness in comparison to the fee paid and it appears that the dishwasher is a bit moody.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great location, close to everything you want to do. The host is very helpful and responsive.
This property is very centrally located near everything from food to fun or the beach in a secure building right on ehe canal. We watched rowers each morning along with joggers and golfers being right across from the golf course. The condo is in amazing condition with modern kitchen and bathrooms. We had another couple with us and found the space to be just enough especially since we were only here in ehe evenings.
We found sitting on the balcony early morning watching the sun rise to be very peaceful even in the city. The condo was clean and in full working order. We would stay here again for the convenience and value many thanks to the host for making this available!
Location is walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Parking space is small as expected for a downtown location. Rent a car vs SUV if possible. Rooftop pool and sauna a plus! We would stay here again.

Comfortable and clean in a great location, walking distance to ask the shops on Kuhio St and Kalakaua Ave. And fantastic views from the 24th floor. Everything required for the beach include in the apartment which was a bonus. Would definitely stay again. Thank you Jane and Mario.
