Beautiful view of Hahalei Bay and mountains. This was a wonderful place, long walk down to beach, golf cart rides up. A walk to car, pool, but overall a beautiful place for a vacation. Room is quiet, clean. Made our own coffee each morning, nice fridge for keeping breakfast milk, half and half for coffee, stuff from grocery store. Good restaurants in Hanalei. Fun views from the bay at sunset on the pier. Would recommend this to friends.

Loved the room and the location. It is a great place, but I had a bad experience with no cable tv or any resolution from the resort. :(
We loved where we stayed. The view from the patio was an unobstructed view of ocean, mountains and puffy clouds. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious.
Vacasa was horrible, their Host fee is nearly the nightly rate. The unit had NO amenities, NONE. The carpet was old and tattered. The furnishings were old and not cohesive. The comforter was ancient and not clean. The soaps that were there for your use were so small it was. One-time use. I could go in and on, Vacasa is horrible
The grounds were beautiful and our unit was clean. We had a great view of Hanalei Bay and for us, the view played a big part in our 4/5 star review. The pool was great and the views were stellar! Our room had a mini fridge and a coffee pot but didn’t offer pods, which was a huge let down. No microwave which also was a shame. There’s only one restaurant on site that is only open for lunch/dinner. They did offer coffee in the lobby if you wanted to walk over and get it. We could have bought coffee pods for our room but we were only there 3 nights and the first night we got in late. Seemed silly but that was on us. The last night we were there it was pretty loud. Not sure if it was a neighboring resort or ours but it was loud! The flora was beautiful and we enjoyed seeing the Nene thriving. The lack of shops, restaurants, and access to basic needs was a let down.
I loved everything about this resort: the staff, our room, the gorgeous view, the pool, the beach access. We could not have picked a better place to stay.
The room needs updating especially the carpeting. There is minimal furniture, the only place to sit inside is on the bed. Four of adjacent balconies can see directly into the room, curtains must be kept closed to get any privacy. Also the neighbors conversations can be heard clearly through the adjoining door. This unit should not be rented separately. The resort has very little to offer besides great views. We were told that the $22 resort fee covers the wifi and gym. The only restaurant was closed for two of the four days of our stay. The pool bar was closed. We had to leave the "resort" for food and beverages.
Fridge was broken, smelled like mold!

Loved everything about the resort, the location of the unit, the view, the staff, the amenities, the quiet beach below. Great place to saty and would stay again if going to Kauai
