Amenities in unit were outdated. Toaster oven instead of microwave would be nice. Floors were sticky in bathroom. Sand on chairs outside. Dusty shelves in kitchen area where cups & dishes were.
Amazing views and convenient location. Pu’u poa beach and hideaways beach are close and private!
I had a great stay at this clean, well maintained studio with a nice view. It was recently remodeled, and it had everything that I needed including a small refrigerator and a very comfortable bed. I would definitely stay here again.
The view was our favorite part. And a nice walk to the beach as-well. The resort hot tub is a plus
I was very hopeful about this visit but unfortunately didn’t quite meet my expectations. The first thing I noticed was the bad musty smell when I walked in. The AC smells bad and is very loud off and on. We couldn’t leave it on at night because it was too loud. We then discovered mold in the bathroom which could be contributing to the smell. The unit was also very dusty. Please note the listing as of September 2024 is not accurate. The listing notes a dishwasher and a second half bath and neither were present. I was told to take out my trash and do the dishes. However, they don’t provide dish soap and the only sink is in the bathroom. Gross. I ended up doing the dishes in the bathroom sink with hand soap. I did my best. The towels didn’t smell clean and had to look for others in the closet which were better. Overall this has potential because the location and actual resort are fantastic but next time I would stay in another unit.
The stay was great and the small little unit fit our needs perfectly. Great location with easy in and out. Great views and quiet balcony to enjoy morning coffee and evenings. Didn’t need to talk with manager as everything was good. We bring our own umbrella and chairs but it was good to know for future that they are available with this unit along with some snorkel gear.
My GF and I really enjoyed staying at Hanalei Bay Resorts and in 3504. Elizabeth He dricks was a very responsive hosts and the unit had everything we needed, from TV, to fridge, supplies for the beach and a great view to wake up to every am. The grounds were super nice with brach and pool access and also close to 1 Hotel which eas nice. I will be back
Loved the view and cleanliness of the room. Renovated bath was lovely and lots of little touches to make this spot convenient and usable. Internet was great. Thank you!
Clean, great comminucation with owner and property. Some wifi issues but hanalei bay resorts was working it and communicating. Room was rather dim and daybed makes it awkward for short people to sit inside, especially to also eat or drink, but owner may add a folding table and light to help with that. Owner also did a great job making a functional kitchenette. Most units don't even have a microwave. This one has a micro and fridge, but also provided dishes and soap (a sponge would be helpful). I don't think the dishes were mentioned in the listing, nor was the snorkle, tennis, and pickleball gear, which they do provide! Thanks for a lovely week-long stay.
