We had a delightful stay at this condo in Waikoloa. The three-bedroom / three-bath configuration was perfect for our family of 6 (spanning kiddos to grandparents).
The unit contained everything we needed for meals (did a Costco run on the way in, of course) and beach entertainment. We enjoyed eating and lounging out on the two patios. The community pool was as fun as it looks in the pictures - plus it delivered gorgeous sunsets nightly. Kiddos said it was the best vacation ever. :)
We hope to get to visit again soon!
This was a perfect rental for our family Graduation vacation. Great location, super close to resort pool and had everything we needed. Super clean and had beach gear for us to use while snorkeling. Property management were very helpful w/ a ceiling fan issue & a late check out. Amazing sunset/golf views from either balcony. Highly recommended for families or even 3 couples as each bedroom had it's own bathroom. Cheers!
Phenomenal property and grounds - if you are willing to spend a bit it will meet and potentially exceed expectations!
This condo is lovely in every way. It is very clean, has a grand view from two lovely decks, has a wonderful layout with lots of space, and is very close to the gorgeous pool. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat!
This location is gorgeous! The area and the condo are beautiful. The pool and restaurant to which you have access are phenomenal. There is a small mall area and higher end grocery store nearby; very short drive or fairly long walk. This condo has beautiful finishes and all the supplies anyone would need. Two nit picky things that do not seem to match the quality of everything else in the condo are the older and fairly uncomfortable sectional sofa and the sinks. Might make sense to update.
11G has a perfect location, close to pool, and beautiful view of the ocean and sunset from back verandas.
This was by far the best place I have stayed when on this island. The view, beds are comfy and overall it just felt like home 😎
We love the Halii Kai. The grounds are amazing, as well as close to Golf, Shopping, Great Food, Hiking trails, beach, etc. Perfect spot for a relaxing vacation.

This was our 2nd time staying at Hali'i Kai and our first in 11F. Condo was clean and well stocked. Beds were very comfortable - not too hard or too soft. AC was adjustable within the 72-75 degree range, which was perfect since our vacation was bookmarked by 2 tropical storms. Had to speak with Rob twice with one very minor FYI and a question about where to print an email (UPS store at the Hilton) and he was great. When I booked the unit the description said no TVs in 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. My teenagers were very excited to find they had put a TV in each room since my inquiry. I would definitely recommend this unit and would book again through Waikoloa Vacation Rentals.
