Really nice place enjoyed the stay. When I needed assistance or more items the owner George was always available. Would book again!
We enjoyed our stay, the property is as listed . The kitchen is a bit small but had everything needed for our stay. It was wonderful having a washer/dryer during our stay. The master bedroom / bathroom was perfect. the second bedroom worked well . the additional blow up bed worked for our teenage boys.With six of us at this rental did not seem too small.There was coolers to use for our day trips, as well as snorkeling items, water toys etc. that was a wonderful addition. the parking space was extremely small so we chose to park on the other side of the bushes which worked great.Our host was very attentive and checked in with us to see if there was anything we needed or alerted us to any needed information.We would absolutely stay here again.
Our multigenerational family vacation could not have been better accommodated! We were very comfortable at George’s lovely condo. The views from the lanai are unbeatable especially at sunset. We enjoyed opening up the windows and feeling the island cross breeze. Very easy walk to the beach and essential spots in Kihei. Nice pool to dip in between beach outings. We had everything we needed from kitchen supplies, bedding, to beach gear. George was extremely kind, helpful, and accommodating. Thank you for having us!
We had an amazing stay at George’s spot and are hoping we can make it a new tradition. His place was spacious, clean and came with ample amenities (kitchen wares, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, extra towels and linens, in suite laundry, communal bbqs in the pool area). We were a group with 4 adults and 2 toddlers under 2 and found the place to be a good size for all of us. We appreciated that it was quite and had good air conditioning in both bedrooms and the main living area. We did have to keep an eye on the kids around the living room as the coffee table corners were quite sharp and there were some small items easily accessed in the lower cupboards, but we appreciated the ample space and carpeted floors. The unit also came with enough beach chairs, umbrellas and beach toys for the littles which saved us having to rent or buy these ourselves. We didn’t end up using them but there was also a high chair and pack and play left behind by a prior guest. The location couldn’t have been better - the complex is quite literally across the street from several beautiful beaches and there were quite a few good places to eat within walking distance or a less than 10 minute drive. Although we never met in person, we found George to be extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. Thank you for helping make our trip such a great one!
Pros:-close to beach (2-3min walk)-nice bathrooms(remodeled, large)-has 4 beach chairs, sand toys, 2 umbrellas, 4 boogie boards, lots of snorkel gearCons:-AC on a 2 hr timer so it’s super hot when you get back to the condo- pillows are terrible, super flat, need new ones-parking is covered, but we could barely fit the minivan in the parking spot. Everyone had to get out of the car then we pulled in-the condo really should only sleep 4, the air mattress isn’t comfy.-many homeless people living out of vans on the road outside the condo. A homeless lady was showering naked in the apartment complex when my son walked by with my husband. This isn’t the owners fault, just what the area is like. Its in the older part of Kihei.
We love being able to come to Maui and this condo is one of the best places to stay on the island. Steps from Kam 3 beach but without the noise from the main road. Views include the ocean and sunset and West Maui over tree tops and the naturally preserved land across the street. The condo itself is very clean with updated kitchen and bathrooms. We enjoyed the traditional-feeling wood interior, it reminded us we were in Hawaii, instead of the usual generic decor. Lots of beach and snorkelling items are available. Kitchen has everything you could need, but no leftover food items or condiments, fyi. Photos shown on the site are accurate and the owner was very easy to communicate with. We would definitely book again!.
This condo is excellent! Great location with sunset views! The kitchen has everything you need. Lots of beach chairs and snorkeling gear. Get up have coffee and breakfast, grab chairs and head to the beach! Shops and restaurants are an easy walk. Owner George was super easy to work with and checked in with us to see if we needed anything. Will definitely be back!
The property was updated and modern. The location was perfect for beach days (just a walk away) and centrally located on the island which allowed us to maximize our time exploring Maui.
Everything about this condo was easy. The check-in was easy. The walk to the beach was easy. The sleeping accommodations were wonderful, the kitchen was fully stocked, and we enjoyed the beach chairs! We appreciated the cleanliness, all the towels, and the balcony with the views. Thank you for a wonderful stay, and we will be back!
Choosing this condo was the absolute best decision for our trip to Maui! The location is amazing! You can walk to all the shops and the beach, and it is a short drive away from the airport, Wailea shopping center, and more beautiful beaches. In addition, the view from the lanai is perfection at all times of the day. The condo was very clean and had any amenity that we could think of. A slew of books for night time reading, puzzles, board games, and smart tv we’re all perfect for relaxing after king beach days. We saved time and money by having access to the beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards and snorkel gear, we just left it all in the trunk and unloaded it the last day- that way we had whatever we needed at all times. Bathrooms were spacious and clean with lots of extra towels and closet space. George, the owner, was extremely responsive and checked in on us multiple times. I would absolutely stay in this same exact location again the next time I come back to Maui!
