Our family of 3 generations enjoyed staying in this clean and comfortable condo for our week on Maui. The condo has all the amenities- for cooking some meals, enjoying an evening watching a movie on the big screen TV or sitting on the balcony and taking in the beautiful scenery. So nice the condo was across the street from Kamaole Beach Park 3! We loved going to the beach to snorkel or down to watch a sunset.
The accommodations were modern and spacious, which a great outdoor seating area. Centrally located to Kam 3 beach and walking distance to many shops and restaurants on South Kihei Road. The pool and outdoor eating area was great.
We didn’t book until a couple months before our trip and it was hard to find a place that had everything we were looking for in Kihei - 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, lanai with bedroom access, designated covered parking, walking distance to beach suitable for beginner swimmers, air conditioning, washer/dryer in unit - I was picky! This place exceeded our expectations and more! We had two adults and two girls age 10 and plenty of space for us, our luggage, and our groceries. Came stocked with a drink cooler but you will have to rent beach chairs/umbrella. Kitchen was well stocked but we didn’t do any cooking. Appliances all seemed new and worked great. The living room is spacious but we mostly hung out on the lanai. Can’t say enough good things about it - the location was perfect for Kam 3 access and a short walk to Fred’s, Coconut’s, even the ABC store. We highly recommend this place!

Our family of 4 spanning 3 generations, enjoyed our week in this newly remodeled 2bedroom 2 bath condo. The owner’s remodel was tastefully and thoughtfully done using quality materials. The condo was comfortable, clean, and had all the amenities you could want for a relaxing Hawaiian holiday. The beds (and I’m picky) were very comfortable and each bedroom was good sized. The balcony (my favorite place) had very comfortable furniture and views of the beautiful hillside/mountains as well as the ocean. The kitchen had all new ( and name brand) appliances- the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils, pots & pans etc for times when you want to eat in. New large screen TV , although we had some difficulty accessing channels/movies. Many beach items were in the closet outside the front door, although I was unaware of this and initially rented beach chairs. The location of the condo is perfect for families that want an easily assessable beach and park. The owners responded to a request I had for my granddaughter and were very gracious. They responded quickly to all email questions.
We all really liked and enjoyed our stay in this condo and hope that we can return again!
The condo was excellent - very modern and clean. Unfortunately they were working on the roof the whole trip - made it uncomfortable to be on the patio during the day.
We had the best time. Communication was great and very accommodating! Would totally stay here again.
The host was very nice, communicative before, during and post booking. The unit was freshly remodeled and all pictures are accurate. A bonus was air conditioning and not only ceiling fans. It comfortably fit 4 people with 2 full bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. We ate on the lanai daily. The spot is ideal if you like walking across the street to immediate beach, park, ice cream, cinnamon rolls, and even some dining. Highly suggest for a true Kihei adventure. Would love to return.
