This place is clean, in a quiet neighborhood, and has everything available for use that you would need while visiting the island. Communication was amazing and our family immensely enjoyed everything about this property. Thank you for helping contribute to our wonderful memories!
It is a beautiful property and everything was perfect. The house was big and we (4adults and 2 teenagers) were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed, even a rice cooker, which we used almost everyday. As others mentioned, the garage has lots of beach toys and necessities. They were very handy and made our daily beach visits easy and fun. We’d definitely come back. Thanks!
The house was perfect for our family! We love the north shore of Kaua’i and this place was a sweet spot to launch all our adventures and so relaxing to return to at end of the day. We had four adultish children with us and had plenty of space for all of us. The master bedroom with lanai was a great escape for my husband and I. 🙏
Comfortable, relaxing, quiet and clean. Nice amenities and the location was perfect for our needs. The property management group was also very helpful/responsive and Kory was good to work with to address some very minor issues. Enjoyable all-around. Recommend.

Overall, it was a very nice place to stay while in Kauai!! Loved the access to everything and the place was lovely. Please have the drainage checked in the master suite shower. It is not draining well and should be fixed for your next guests. Thanks!!!!
Kauai is magical and this place was just perfect for our family of 5! Fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, amazing outdoor areas, and the garage full of everything we needed was a huge plus (especially when traveling from the east coast)! Thank you for a wonderful week in paradise!
The house is as advertised, but let me focus on the perks for a family as we went with a 7, 5, and 3 year old. The garage is stocked with beach toys, little life vests and boogie boards, the neighborhood pool is even nicer than the photos suggest and only a short walk, there’s a public playground with a great climbing tree about a 15-minute walk away, and peaceful protected beaches at Hanalei and Anini are a short drive. Note that there’s no easy beach access on foot unless you hike down to Sea Lodge Beach (worth it, but not easy). This house was perfect for our family. And yours!
We loved coming home to this property after our adventures! I have never slept so well. The beds were sooo comfortable.
The kids really enjoyed the pool and the extra toys in the garage. We had everything we needed.
