We had a wonderful stay in this house, everything was just as described. The house was clean and well stocked. The backyard had a lovely sitting area and the pool and Jacuzzi were incredible. Great location close to grocery store, walking trails and the beach.
Our family loved our stay here. The house was clean, well-stocked, and allowed us enough space to spread out and relax. We came from a resort in Oahu, and the kids loved playing in the pool. There were plenty of fans to keep the house cool and comfortable. Check-in instructions were easy, and response times were speedy. I highly recommend!
The home comfortably fit my three teenage boys, husband and two grandparents. It was in a great location with easy access to the esentials, beaches and hiking. The kitchen had the equipment we needed so we could male great meals at home. My boys loved the pool, ping pong, the bikes and all the extra beach supplies. The communication from the host was perfect as well. We loved our stay!
We are a family of 7 (2 older parents in their 60's and 5 "kids & spounses" in their 30's) who LOVED our VRBO. Can't say enough about the place! The spacious was open and inviting - AWESOME - pool/hottub was used daily for early morning dips, post-hike relaxing, rainy day fun & evening cool-offs. We ate outside every day on the lovely covered patio. Loved being able to walk to the disc-golf course (almost daily) and the grocery store. We have a lot of runners in the group who loved the daily runs on the nearby multi-use trail. We used the bikes, the surfboards, the boogie boards, beach chairs & cooler - the ownders of this place thought of everything & we took advantage of it! The upstairs gets warm & uncomfortable in the evenings - but we discovered the "2nd floor fan system" which worked GREAT to cool off the upstairs quickly before bed. Beautiful place - excellent location. Owner was quick to respond to questions. The week went WAY too quickly.
The house was great, location great as well, easy access to a variety of beaches, coffee, market, and restaurants.
Property was just fantastic and in such a quiet and nice neighborhood. Property was well maintained, clean and neat, kitchen was well stocked with all the appliances and utensils you could need. Beach gear was available as well which was so convenient. Best of all the communication with our host was top notch. As a family/extended family on the island for a wedding, we really couldn't ask for a better location and property to relax at when the daily events and tours we done. 5 stars for sure!
This is an amazing house in a quiet residential neighborhood for our family of 7 adults and two young children. Kitchen, living room, bedrooms, and outdoor areas were spacious. With a 15 minute drive to Hanalei Bay, the beach wagon, chairs, umbrella, mats, beach towels, and boogie and surf boards were well-used. While at home, the ping-pong table, pool, and hot tub were popular spots. Restaurants and grocery store within easy walking distance, as well as a great playground and walking path nearby. The host promptly responded to all contacts, but nothing was needed after check-in. Thank you so much!

This home has it all and was the best spot for sightseeing and adventuring on Kauai! Having 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms allowed our group some privacy in addition to welcoming areas to gather. We cooked almost every meal during our 10-day stay and found the kitchen spacious enough for multiple cooks plus well-stocked with cooking essentials! Outdoor eating in the gorgeous backyard was preferred but we enjoyed a few meals inside as well. The absolute favorite area for happy hours and relaxing was by the pool/hot tub and stunning waterfall...also loved the water feature lights at night and early morning! We would highly recommend this quiet neighborhood rental to families, friends or couples!
House was great for our group of 10! Plenty of space so we didn’t feel cramped l, comfy beds and bathrooms which is a huge plus when managing so many people in one house.

Had a lovely week long stay with our family of ten (four kids). Very clean and the amenities were great. We especially appreciated the variety of beach equipment available, boogie boards, chairs for ten, umbrellas, floats, and beach towels. Frankly, this probably saved us several hundred dollars in additional expenses, had we rented this equipment. The kitchen was well set up and stocked. The pool and hot tub were lovely.
Our family of nine (Stan Fam 9), had so much fun during our stay at this beautiful property. The house is laid out very well and has everything a vacationer could possibly want and/or need during a trip. The neighborhood is absolutely beautiful and with lush flowering trees and beautiful mountains in the background. During our stay, we snorkeled at many different beaches (Tunnels was a favorite), drove through Waimea Canyon State Park, spent a day deep sea fishing and enjoyed great food at many different restaurants. On of our favorite evenings was when we went to the Kalamaku Luau show. It was such a great show with great food, and we really enjoyed the local craft booths before the show. Back to your house though. Simply put, your house is beautiful and located close to many desirable restaurants, shopping places to visit. We really loved the hot tub and pool after a long day of sightseeing and exploring. We can't wait to come back and stay at your property!
Great place with plenty of room for 8 adults. Walking distance to farmer's market and stores. Handy beach items in garage. Highly recommended.

Everything was perfect, exactly as advertised.
It was a little cool during our stay and it would have been nice to have the pool heat turned on. It was was a very small inconvenience and we easily adapted by enjoying the hottub.
The owner was incredibly prompt to answer any and all our questions. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

We had a fabulous time staying in this beautiful home. We, along with our adult children and grandchildren had a really great time. The kids loved having the pool and hot tub. We also had foosball and ping pong tournaments. The house was stocked with everything we could need and more. Thank you for sharing your piece of paradise with us!!
The property was great and the communication with the host was excellent. This was our first time to Kauai and the trip was wonderful.
House was great and the area was beautiful. Minutes from the beach. Lots to do at the home. Kids had a blast. It is set up perfectly. Would 100%stay here again.
