Our 7 member family had a great time here. The layout was perfect - each family unit had their own separate bedroom and bath space and the main living area easily accommodated the whole group. The kitchen is well equipped to facilitate meal preparation and dining for all of us. Access to the garage was helpful to accommodate manipulating two cars easily in the space. Granddaughter used the pool every day and the adults enjoyed it too.
This property is in a fabulous quiet community. The view is incredible. The house is a great layout for large families. A/C, pool, spa and laundry all worked great. The place was clean and we had no issues with pests. We did not have any issues while there, but when we reached out for questions, the management team was very responsive and quick to respond. We highly recommend this house for your family. Mahalo Kona Coast Team!
Beautiful place with all the amenities needed & spectacular views. Just unfortunate that we could not have at least lunch gathering due to occupancy limitations.
We really enjoyed our stay. Everyone who came to visit will be trying to get their next vacation stay at this home. Even a few of our zoom meetings included various people asking about the home. The home and property (pool, spa, lanai, etc) were amazing! Sunsets on the lanai were spectacular. Very comfortable furniture, well equipped kitchen, and extras. The separate building for 3 of the 4 bedrooms was a little more awkward than we expected, but the teens enjoyed their privacy. The location was very quiet but fairly convenient - 12 minutes to Kona restaurants & shops. Excellent beaches nearby. We loved our time on Hawaii & this home was relaxing and exceeded our expectations!
We loved our stay at this house. We had 5 adults and 2 children and had plenty of space. The property has a unique design where the 3 families could each have privacy with their own room and bathroom. The view from the back porch was breathtaking for every sunrise and sunset. The only downside was that the pool wasn't heated (as are most pools in Hawai'i) so the pool was pretty chilly and we didn't swim at all. Other than that we had a great experience and will likely book again if we go back!
Everything went absolutely as planned! We were in the absolute perfect location for anything and everything we as a family would want to experience. From the amazing pool, cleanliness of the rooms, layout of the house, location, comfort and overall warmth and love of this property. We were all able to be happy and entertained, even from my 8yr old all the way up to my 60yr old mother and her husband. Nothing even compares! Would absolutely recommend to anyone and everyone.
Visited Kona with family for the Ironman and needed a large home for our group. The location was perfect to escape the traffic congestion of that event but close enough to make getting there easy. The home was beautiful as well as the ocean view from the lanai which we enjoyed nightly. We had 8 adults and all said their rooms were perfect and beds comfortable. We did a lot of cooking and the kitchen and outdoor barbecue had everything you need to prepare large meals. Loved the home and would definitely request this place again with a large group.
This is the perfect house to unplug, unwind, relax and stare at the ocean!! Beautiful property, great neighborhood! We truly enjoyed this vacation!
Everything was great except we had a/c issues everyday. Property management were responsive but we had workmen everyday but one.
