We loved our stay at this lovely home! It has a wonderful layout, peaceful backyard and everything we needed to cook. It’s absolutely clean, has all the cleaning supplies for us to use as well. Highly recommended!
After 5 nights at Waikoloa Village, this house was a pleasant change. Quiet neighborhood nestled just far enough away from Hilo but close enough to enjoy all Hilo has to offer. Very spacious accommodations for our family of four. We love each other but sure was nice to not share one room. Beds were comfy and the nature sounds (rain downpours & frogs) was so peaceful. Everything we needed was here.
We loved the space and kitchen was well stocked ..Neighbourhood was a little run down ..location was cloae to Volcano Park . Would stay here again

We appreciated the clean, spacious, and organized house that my family could call home during our stay on the big island. The property manager was prompt to respond to our requests. We look forward to using Hawaii Life on our next trips to the islands.
Property was perfect. The cooler, beach towels, beach chairs and boogie boards really helped save us money from having to buy ourselves. Good location for Volcanoes National Park and Hilo however most of the snorkelling and sandy beaches are on the other side of the island so expect some hour plus drives (only downside of the property). Loved listening to the frogs and birds in the evening. There was also an electric kettle which was much needed for this English family.
This is one of the cleanest places we’ve ever stayed at. Good family sized home that has everything we needed. Big back yard that is fenced in. Great for those with little kids. Location is ok. Not too far from anything but not real close either. Only negative is no air conditioning. On a hot humid summer night makes it hard to sleep as place does not cool down. Maybe a few more fans would help.
The house was very beautiful inside out. We had a wonderful time in the house. Especially the beautiful backyard. My six year old son every morning will get up and go straight to the backyard and just run around looking for small creatures. The only downside was I saw blood on one of the pillow cases and the refrigerator have smell, but besides that we love the place.
The house is well organized with a welcome touch in a very peaceful setting. It is well taking care inside and the garden is magic with the plants and all the birds chirping all the time. The pleasure of modern need in the tame nature. We had a wonderful time. The location require some driving around to enjoy all the island wonders.
We loved our stay here! The backyard made the trip! It was full of lizards, frogs & beautiful birds. Our young kids had a blast searching for creatures. The home was cute and had what we needed. Nothing fancy, but very comfortable. We were worried about no AC, but we never felt hot. The ceiling fans kept it perfect. Well stocked with kitchen appliances, boogie boards, a cooler, beach chairs & beach towels. They supply bar soap but no other toiletries, so bring those along. We’d definitely stay here again!
Loved the place! We loved the house and appreciated the fresh flowers that were left for us. Slept soundly to the chorus of frogs ‘singing’ us to sleep. Also had great supply of dishes, Tupperware and other items. Highly recommend.
