Welcome to Hale Nanea Lani, a tranquil home base for your next Big Island holiday!
Our two-story, 1400-square foot villa is perfectly located in the well-maintained, quiet condominium complex of Na Hale O Keauhou. We are convenient to golf courses, famous snorkeling beaches and just minutes from fantastic restaurants and shopping in downtown Kailua-Kona.
The Master Bedroom:
The spacious master suite boasts vaulted ceilings, a 43-inch 4K Smart TV with HD cable, and a luxurious leather recliner. You'll gently drift to sleep each night on our King-sized Perfect Sleeper bed. The large en suite master bath has a spa-like feel, with dual sinks, a large shower, and a soaking tub.
Wake up to dazzling ocean views from the master bedroom. Relax with a good book and a cup of Kona coffee on the upstairs lanai (balcony). We've reserved the patio loveseat just for you.
There's plenty of space for your new wardrobe in the large master walk-in closet.
Second Bedroom:
Our airy second bedroom upstairs has mountain views from the queen bed, and is complete with its own en suite bathroom.
Open Concept First Floor with Lots of Upgrades:
Our first floor has an open concept feel. The kitchen boasts granite countertops and a large island that makes food prep a breeze. We equipped this kitchen with stainless steel appliances including microwave, dishwasher and full-sized refrigerator. There's plenty of storage as well in the large pantry.
Enjoy dining al fresco from the downstairs lanai table as you watch the sun set into the ocean. Catch up on your favorite programs on the large 4K flat-screen TV in the living room, featuring HD cable programming, a DVR, and Blu-ray player. Surf and stream with high-speed internet: free Wi-Fi is included.
Well Appointed:
Have you stayed in a vacation rental with a tiny washer and dryer? We installed a full size front-load washer and dryer in our villa. There's also a convenient powder room with pedestal sink on the first floor.
Staying Active:
Fancy a swim? Our beautiful swimming pool and spa has ocean views and is only a 2-minute walk away. How about snorkeling? Kahalu'u Beach Park is one of the best snorkeling spots on the Big Island... and just a short walk down the hill from our villa. There is also a fitness center next to the pool.
Exploring the Big Island of Hawaii:
There are so many sites to explore on the Big Island. Did you know that Hawaii island has ten of the world's 14 climate zones? And has some of the best stargazing opportunities from the Onizuka visitor center atop Mauna Kea? (Don't forget to pack your jackets).
Marvel at the wonders of an active volcano at Volcanoes National Park. See Isaac Hale Beach Park, one of the newest black sand beaches formed by the 2018 eruption of Kilauea volcano. Explore miles of stretching lava rock-lined coastline, and black and green sand beaches.
Learn about Hawaiian culture at the many festivals that go on year-round. Get the freshest produce at numerous farmer's markets (we'll tell you our favorites!). Meet artisans and pick up your own hand-crafted piece of art at the Village Stroll. Don't forget to try the Kona coffee.
If you're here in October, enjoy the thrill of the Ironman Triathlon Championships. Then, book a pampering massage session at one of the many resorts along the Kona Coast.
E komo mai (Welcome):
Whatever you choose to do on the Big Island, you will enjoy retreating to your villa home at the end of each day at Hale Nanea Lani, in the heart of Keauhou. Let us be the first to say "Welcome home."
