Great location and easy instructions
This property was amazing. It was spacious. Beautiful scenery around golf course. Super quiet. Kitchen was upgraded. Ten minute drive in each direction to great beaches and dining spots and local favorites. We loved our time there!
Great location and plenty of beds & bathrooms but sadly the main bedroom and daybed mattresses were very uncomfortable. Plenty of many Critters around the property. Price was fair for property. Kitchen has been updated. Appreciate having as many towels for beach and snorkel gear and beach chairs! I wish I had read more reviews before renting as I only saw the rating of place.
Great Condo we enjoy our stay at Turtle bay being our first time in Hawaii we enjoyed every minute, location was close to beaches and other activities along the north shore. we will book again.

Property was sufficient for our purposes but it is a little run down. Paint peeling on doors, laundry closet door extremely difficult to open/close, louvred windows in back don’t open all the way, ceiling fan in one bedroom would not operate properly, etc. I don’t feel like this is a property worth the current rate in it’s current condition. Would recommend finding a different property in this complex.
It was a good fit for us. A little warm downstairs but being from Florida I was used to that. The kitchen was well equipped and the location was perfect
The place was spacious for our family of six. The location was unbeatable. Close to what the best of the island has to offer. We would definitely stay here again.
We had such a wonderful stay here. As others have mentioned, the place has had some updates since the photos were taken, and it’s beautiful. The kitchen has all the tools you need and more, there are more than enough beach and bath towels, plenty of snorkeling and other beach gear - they really just supply everything!
The location is perfect, too. A nice quiet complex and close to the pool. A short walk to the turtle bay beach and access to the trails surrounding the area. We frequented the Kuilima farm stand often which is very close as well.
I really, really wish I could give this place a 5 star review, but the queen bed in the master bedroom is just so terrible, I couldn’t do it. It sinks in the middle and is so soft that after trying to sleep on it for two nights my back was so sore I couldn’t do it anymore. My husband and I ended up sleeping on the day bed downstairs. Not ideal. Honestly it might keep us from renting this unit again, which is such a shame because otherwise it is perfect.
Our family absolutely loved staying at this property. The kitchen was updated and had all the utensils, pots and pans we needed. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious. It was also very quiet and peaceful with security to let people in and out.The back patio had chairs and a view of the golf course. We enjoyed walking and running around it. Also, the beach and hiking, and mountain biking paths are just a short walk away. They are all not crowded. It is beautiful! There are 3 pools, they are small, but nice. Also, there are tennis and pickleball courts, but you have to bring your own rackets, etc. The unit did have boogie boards, snorkeling equipment and plenty of towels. We loved staying here and this part of the island!
