We had a group of 10 there for a week. We all had plenty of room and enjoyed coffee each morning on the lanai watching the surfers. The road noise was noticeable, but the view and the proximity to places we wanted to go made up for it. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

It’s close/central to lots of places. Kitchen was stocked well for 11 of us. Lots of towels, the shower had supplies, paper towels, laundry soap, TP which made the first day so much smoother. There are chairs, boards, and beach supplies out back. Plenty of hot water for that many showers, AC units worked great. There was a pack-n-play for the littles.
Just make the drive to Walmart or target….the KTA is insanely overpriced. The drive is steep but not really a big deal. Easy check in!

This was an excellent place to stay and well maintained. This home has a lot of small amenities that were nice to not have to worry about. For example laundry detergent was provided for us which was a huge plus to not have to go out and buy while on vacation. The home has A/C which isn’t true for all places in Hawaii. The driveway is steep but there are two places to park at the top so as long as you’re careful backing out it isn’t an issue.

This property was the perfect size for our family of 10. We had enough room so never felt crowded. The children were happy to make use of the boogie boards that were there as well as beach chairs & umbrellas. The best thing was the view from the lanai!!
