Hale Maluhia is a large, fully equipped condominium/studio unit fronting on a tree lined walking path leading down to Anini Beach. It has a large, look well equipped kitchenette, Queen size bed, Wi-Fi, Smart TV, a full bath, beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, snorkel gear and a portable cooler (no AC or laundry facilities). The lanai is perfect for stargazing or just enjoying some quiet outdoor reading. There's reserved parking, a great pool area with a communal barbecue, and shopping and restaurants are just minutes away. Guests are limited to 2 adults (over 25 years old) and STAYS ARE LIMITED to a MAXIMUM of 7 NIGHTS. Princeville at Hanalei's location is conveniently close to Kilauea, Hanalei and the rest of Kauai's North Shore's numerous beaches and features. It was a great location. Close to many beaches, including one real secluded beach just down the street. Close to grocery stores and amazing restaurants. Response time from owner was very quick. Great experience.

Our stay here was great. The property was beautiful, in a great location and easy to access. Rick communicated with us very well, he responded quickly and was very professional. This property was wonderful for my wife and I on our honeymoon stay, however there is no A/C so it does get hot.

We had an excellent experience staying at this VRBO. Property was clean, had all the amenities you’d need, and was a great deal for the area. I would stay here again when I return to the island.

We loved our time in Kauai and in the Paniolo condos. The room was clean and Rick had all the kitchen supplies you could need. One piece of advice, read through the red folder when you check in. It wasn’t until the morning we left that I realized we had snorkel equipment in a box on the porch and I never got to use it!

This condo is well supplied and comfortable. We really appreciated the beach chairs, cooler and snorkel gear! Bed was very comfy! Peaceful setting.

It was the perfect place. Clean and had everything I needed. Walking distance to Foodland and just overall beautiful. Perfect for a solo or couple trip no complaints

Rick was really responsive when we had a request. He let us check in early. The humidity caused us to need to hit a laundry facility half way through because the towels don’t dry very fast. An extra big POWERFUL fan would make it a little more comfy but it did cool down enough at night to sleep with the fans provided. Overall a really great stay, especially for the price. Location is nice. Thank you for the great stay.
