The condo is perfectedly appointed in a great location. Grocery store, coffee house, new bakery (Pau), and takeout places are all within walking distance. The lanai is the perfect place with its chaise lounges and chairs. The condo vibe is perfect.
The condo had amazing views. It was so relaxing. The location was perfect. We were able to walk on both directions to some amazing food!

We loved our stay! The property was exactly as advertised. Enjoyed a week of watching sunsets from the beautiful lanai. Watching whales and turtles was daily event from the property. Perfect for relaxing. It was appointed with everything we needed. The location is perfect! Off the busy path, but close enough to everything-restaurants, hikes, stores etc. Hope to stay again.

Owner dropped the ball! We were left stranded, no return message or phone call. Vrbo tried contacting owner with no reply. Sitting in the condo parking lot on the phone with Vrbo trying to find another reservation on the fly after traveling all day. Vrbo took great care of us. I was in tears and have never experienced anything like it when booking. 2 weeks later I received, "an I sorry excuse " of I was sick, my internet was off & my phone was not working. I don't care about your excuses. We paid you and you utterly failed us as a host. It was a fabulous way to start my cancervisary celebration!
The property is just as beautiful as I remembered it. It is in an ideal location. Can walk to grocery store and several take-out food options. Short walk to Honokawai State Beach Park.
The unit has everything you could need for a wonderful vacation. It is beautifully decorated!
Hale Mahina is a wonderful complex. Low rise with a small pocket beach providing ocean access, BBQs, a good sized pool, a hot tub and nicely landscaped grounds with plenty of sun loungers to enjoy the awesome view. Casual but classy. It is well placed to easily access supermarkets, stores and all kinds of eating options from 5 star to casual restaurants, bars, excellent takeaways and food trucks, something for every mood. It is also well placed for all West Maui attractions and is an easy drive for day trips all over the island. Sandy’s unit is very nice and is very well placed within the complex to enjoy the 180 degree ocean front view from the third floor, one of the best views in the whole of Hawaii with the sun setting directly in front of the lanai. The condo is larger than most in the area, has a full sized washer/dryer and is equipped with everything you might need. Most of the attractions and facilities in West Maui are open and very welcoming of tourists. We had a wonderful time and would not hesitate to stay here again.
Beautiful property, amazing whale war and fell in love with the sea turtles that beached each day. Host and property manager were quick to resolve and issues.
