If the Guest's electricity usage results in unusually high charges, the Guest agrees to pay for additional costs beyond what is considered normal for the Property.

This home has a 30-night minimum reservation requirement due to association rules. The Property will be exclusively available to the renter for a full period of 30 days, with no other occupants allowed during this time. Rates are based on a 30-day rental period.

All guests are required to sign a rental agreement with the Property Management Company, Luana Hawaii Realty in addition to providing a Security Deposit if they stay at this property. Inquire within for specific details Jumping into the pool, making excessive noise in the neighborhood, and any other disruptive behavior are strictly prohibited.

For stays exceeding 30 days, mandatory mid-stay cleanings will be scheduled every 30 days.

All Reservation Requests greater than 12 months in Advance MUST be approved in advance by the Broker In Charge.
