This is the second time my family has stayed in this house. It’s a beautiful home on the spectacular greenbelt. It’s well kept and the property management staff is incredibly responsive. Looking forward to staying there again in the future!
We had a great time at this house. The house was very clean and we loved the open airy design. Walking distance to the Grand Hyatt and Poipu Golf Course. The bathrooms were awesome and the ac provided great cooling and kept the interior nice and dry so we could sleep at night without the high humidity. The Grand Hyatt for comparison, which we also stayed at, had rooms which were very humid and hard to sleep at night. Thank you, we loved everything

After exploring the whole island, we were so happy that we had decided to stay at Poipou beach. It was the perfect launching off point to everywhere you want to visit.The house was amazing! We WILL come back and WILL stay here again - no question! Perfect location. Beautiful views. Easy walk to two beaches and the staff was amazing. It even came with beach chairs, umbrellas and a cooler. It couldn't of been better.
Beautiful house in a great location close to beaches, restaurants and shopping . Both Shipwreck and Poipu beaches were a short walk down the beautiful greenbelt walking path . The Grand Hyatt was also within a short walk which was hosting the dental conference I attended. Each bedroom is a suite with its own bathroom which provides great privacy for 3 couples . I would highly recommend this home to small groups of family members and friends. Redman family

This house was perfect for our family. We had six adults in the three bedroom house/three bath, so it was perfect. Great kitchen and family room and lanai.
One thing is that some of the windows don't have blinds, so if you are light sensitive in the morning that is a consideration. Also the primary bedroom is missing a blind that eliminates privacy, as you can see into the room from outside and from the kitchen. Hopefully they will rectify this.

We rented the house for the second time this year. The management team had the place in great shape for arrival with a clean home and welcome bottle of wine. Plus, crystal clear instructions for arrival and exit!
The house was clean, comfortable and equipped with everything we needed! The location was perfect for our family of 8. A quiet community in walking distance to two beaches and a short ride to some others. We didn’t end up using the pool at all because we love the ocean. And we didn’t play tennis because we didn’t want to pay extra for it. We loved our stay at Hale Kupa’a and would recommend to others!
I can't say enough nice things about this house! It's very nicely updated and well stocked. The location is amazing to say the least. We've stayed at other homes along this greenbelt and this is by far the best. We spent ample time on the deck and enjoyed opening all the sliders to get that wonderful island breeze. We'll definitely make it a point to stay here again!
Great / spacious common area,
10-15 minute walk to Poipu Beach.
Only negative would be the distance of the community pool from the residence. We would of used the pool more often if it was closer.
We would definitely consider renting the home again for our next family vacation

Wow, can’t say enough good things about this house!! It was the perfect space for our family of four to spread out and relax when not exploring and adventuring while on vacation. My husband and I loved sitting on the back lanai to drink coffee in the mornings. The house is as described and better! Beds very comfortable, kitchen well stocked, beach chairs and cooler provided. Close to a lot of things, yet still feels like you’re secluded into a private home not in a crowded area with lots of other people. The greenway space was great for my kids, who are 7&9. They ran around & played a lot out there! This rental was truly the vacation home you are looking for! Fresh, clean, and updated finish out and just an all around great space to come back to day after day while we were there! Thank you so much!!
We had our son’s destination wedding at The Koa Kea Resort and this home could not have been in a better location for proximity to all our guests staying in the other resorts! Also close to all the beaches ; prompt service when requested; clean, open and beautiful! Spacious and indoor/outdoor dining and relaxing was lovely! We will be back here!!

The house is located on a quiet street with the green belt as your backyard. It was so easy to walk right out and to either Shipwreck or Poipu Beach. The house had 3 ensuite bedrooms which were very comfortable. The kitchen was very nice, although we didn't eat anything besides breakfast there.The house had all the beach stuff you need. (chairs, towels, umbrellas). Also very nice to have a washer and dryer with detergent provided. We would definitely stay again, the place was plenty big and gave everyone the privacy they needed.
Our experience at Poipu Kai Delight was outstanding! The house was absolutely gorgeous. Very light, bright and airy and looked out on the greenway with its lush grass & palm trees. Loved how the house opened up for a truly indoor/outdoor vibe. Enjoyed coffee on the back porch every morning. Decor was beautiful & the setup for my family was great. We each had our own bedroom and bath. Kitchen was efficient, had everything we needed & worked well with multiple chefs! Location was perfect! Short walk down the greenway to Shipwreck beach & Grand Hyatt, close to great shopping & restaurants. The only thing I would change next time is I would stay longer!!

The house looks exactly like the photos and is bright and open. We had so much fun hanging in out at the house but it was also a perfect location to walk to beaches and restaurants. Furniture was comfortable and the refrigerator was huge. Even has a double oven! We loved it.
