The unit was comfortable, exceptionally clean and well stocked. I can honestly say I have never stayed in a VRBO or Air B&B that was so nicely stocked with the essentials. We had a few minor issues but the host took care of all. We love Turtle Bay but it is always so sad to see all the feral cats. I am an animal lover and just cannot understand why the HI islands refuse to help these animals and the way the locals treat them. Heartbreaking.

We arrived to a large box containing a microwave that had been delivered the beginning of March and doors to kitchen closet impeding main hallway. We checked in on 4/8/24! The remote to the television wasn't working. Nicole was updated via text and was apologetic stating doors had fallen off when cleaning was done prior to our arrival. She dropped by and checked television remote and texted she had ordered one from Amazon and would drop it off when it came in. We left on 4/15/24 and still no remote delivered. We were frustrated as we along with 2 other couples stayed at the same place and neither of them had any issues. The place could definitely use a little tending to. There were holes in walls where pictures and bath fixtures had been with no repair. It was mostly clean with things we needed for our stay. Grounds were well kept. It was quiet. Pool was very nice.

The unit we paid for had plumbing problems the day we were to check in so we didn’t get the two bedroom unit we paid for. The 2 bedroom was ready for us a few days into our stay but I didn’t want to pack everything up and move. I should have moved us because I didn’t get a refund for the difference in what we paid. Big difference in price of one bedroom and two bedrooms. We did get a nice one bedroom unit that was fully stocked in every way. The owner/manager was terrific with communication and really went out of her way to make our stay over Christmas special. She loaned us a Christmas palm tree and decorations. There were more beach supplies than we could use and the fully stocked kitchen was great. Everything was clean except the front patio area. I know it is hard to keep a patio clean but it didn’t matter much anyway because we couldn’t spend time out there due to the woman upstairs was always on her porch talking on the phone and smoking. I had the feeling she was a permanent resident. The smoke was too much for us.
I recommend this unit for two people.
We all loved staying up on the North Shore. The condos at TurtleBay were within walking distance to golf, restaurants and entertainment.

I enjoyed my stay very much at Turtle Bay. This condo is right on the resort property and is very safe / secure. There is easy access to all the amenities of the Turtle Bay resort and surrounding areas in the North Shore.
The condo is very cute, clean, and contains all the essentials needed from an AC unit to a washer/dryer with detergent/dryer sheets and a full size kitchen with stove top, microwave, and more.
I cant wait to come back again in the future. The owner was easy to connect with and accomodating as well.
This property was a great location for beach access. The resort beach was a short drive or walking distance from the condo. The resort also had bars/restaurants that had awesome views. The condo itself was clean. I wish there was more air conditioning/cooling in the master bedroom. The living would get cool and the master would take a while. This location is great if you are looking for a quiet, beach retreat. Be prepared to drive 45 minutes+ if you are planning to do a lot of outings in Honolulu. There are a few shopping and food places nearby, but most are a drive.
Overall good. It was what we needed and beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the beach.
