Clean and spacious condo in a nice area (hale kamaole). It was clean and everything was working well. We liked the beach equipment especially. Thank you.
Had a great stay- location is wonderful. Ocean view, great beaches nearby. If you want to go to Molokini- the Kihei boat dock is across the street- don’t even need to drive.
This property was perfect for our family vacation! The beach right across the street is absolutely gorgeous and the sand is so nice. The kids played in the pool every evening while I cooked on the BBQ’s provided by the complex. The AC in the bedrooms was a lifesaver. We slept 6 people just fine. Everything was as listed and the host was very responsive and accommodating. I booked this unit specifically for the views of the sunsets and we were not disappointed! A great spot, and we hope to return soon.
Had a great stay. Location is hard to beat. Walked down to the beach every morning and pool in the afternoons. Condo was accommodating but kind of out of date. Still a great place. Lots of beach equipment including two quality boogie boards which was a blast at Fleming beach.
Our family of 6 (2 grandparents, 2 parents and 2 young children) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hale Kamaole. Kam 3 beach right across the street was beautiful in the mornings and once the breeze developed in the afternoon, the kids retreated to one of the 2 pools. The unit had everything we could have wanted, including beach chairs, toys and towels. The view of the ocean and sunset from the lanai could not be better. The only downside is that the high table on the lanai could not accommodate all 6 of us.
The loft bedroom and "annex" was perfect for fitting all six of us with beds. I would return in a heartbeat.
Stayed for a little over a week in June 2024. Communication with owner, Geoff, was great and check-in instructions were clear. There was a minor plumbing issue that got resolved quickly by the property management team. Unit is as described and is well-stocked with beach supplies and basic necessities. Beautiful view of Kam III beach off the lanai. A/C units worked well. Great place for families, would stay again.
Very good location, property grounds pretty and very well kept/clean. Condo had a great view, short walk to the beach.
Property is perfect. Three adults (2 seniors)+one daughter. Plenty of space. Condo was nicely, and simply appointed with island touches for decor. Very clean, comfortable good quality island furniture. Beds were comfy...we only used one single and the master bedroom.
Kitchen had everything we needed, but a set of salad tongs or servers.
We appreciated the driving map; brought our own guidebook. The beach towels were a nice touch, but we brought our own, in case.
I'd stay here again anytime.
We enjoyed our stay and hope to return next year! The condo was stocked with everything we needed to relax and enjoy our time on the island including beach chairs, umbrella, and a boogie board. We also took advantage of the pickle ball and tennis court using the rackets provided. Parking was super easy right outside of the unit and some good food options about a 10 minute walk (Coconuts, Cinnamon Roll Place, Maui Bread Company). Although you are in Kihei it is at the southern end so a quick 5 minute drive to Wailea (fun Magic show at Mulligan's on the Blue) and Maluaka Beach is great for snorkeling. Excellent communication with owner and local property manager should you need anything.
We had a wonderful time in the condo. The lockbox made for an easy entry when we arrived. It was clean and well stocked with kitchen items. A few spices and oil to get started. The main areas keep cool during the day which was really helpful. The bedrooms get hot, but thankfully they have air conditioning and cool off quickly in the evening. Seating in the living room is comfortable and easily accommodated our family of 6.
It’s an easy walk to the pool and to the beach across the street. It’s right beside the tennis court and pickleball can be noisy if you’re sitting on the lanai. But the amazing view makes up for that..possibly the best view in the whole complex! I would highly recommend this unit if you are staying in Kihei
