The condo had most everything that we needed. The closet was short a beach chair and a boogie board, but nothing serious. When we did use the AC some nights, it was extremely noisy. The condo could use a deep clean. There was plenty of bedding and seating. Overall, the unit was fine for the four of us. Our second stay, and we would be back. The location and amenities are amazing. Thank you.

We were very happy with our unit and thought it had good equipment. The upstairs mattress is very hot to sleep on because of nylon mattress protectors and it would be so much more comfortable with cotton ones. We did purchase a flat grill pan and left it there for future guests. The carving/slicing knives are very poor and need to be replaced and it would be nice to have a set of steak knives. Tons of beach equipment in storage room. We have stayed at this condo complex for many years and love it here. We were annoyed that every night someone near our unit would light up "pot" and the smell would come into our unit for 45 minutes. Told the office twice but nothing happened, it continued every night. There is suppose to be no smoking except out in designated areas and this was the first year we saw some people ignoring that. Love that the pools are non chlorine. All equipment worked well except for a broken screen upstairs that was replaced in our second week. Joined the conch shell band that blows at every sunset which was fun. Although the property is older, everything is well maintained. Never tire of just having to take a short walk to Kamaole Beach.
