The condo was clean and comfy! We enjoyed it very much!

Location was great but this condo was dirty. Floors were dirty and horizontal surfaces were dusty, like it hadn’t been cleaned in a few months. Floors had several dirt spots and crumbs which we ended up vacuuming on our own since there was a vacuum in the closet.
After texting pictures of the dirty floor, Vacasa customer service promptly provided a mop for us to mop the floors ourselves.
It really didn’t look like this condo had been cleaned between us and the last guests.
Also, the washing machine did not work out entire stay. Shanna from Vacasa scheduled a repair company to come out 1 week after we arrived but they never showed before we checked out.
Then there was a few small things we noticed. The bedroom mattress is worn and sinks in the middle making sleeping on either edge uncomfortable.
Also, one of the two recliners in the front room is broken and does not recline.
Hale Kamaole is a wonderful place to stay - close to the beach and restaurants! This unit was clean and well-kept with a well-stocked closet of beach toys, tennis and pickleball rackets, and other games. It is far enough off the main road that it is very quiet and private, but close to one of the pools, the bbq units, and the tennis court.Our family had a wonderful stay here.
This property is in a great location, right across the street from the beach. Our unit had a slight view of the ocean from the lanai. The place was very clean and comfortable. Bed was so comfortable. Only thing needed is maybe another towel bar or two in the bathroom
We had a great stay, the condo is a great location close to the beach and the amenities at Hale Kamaole are amazing (pools, tennis courts, BBQs). The condo had beach supplies and chairs, and rackets for the court which were extra fun!
Easy access to ocean and the town of Kihei. Easy to get to and enjoy the island
Unfortunately, the accommodation is already very much in the years. The carpet in the bedroom is covered with dried stains, the dishes or pans were not really clean, as well as the sanitary facilities are very run down.
It makes the impression that the owner has not been in the apartment for years to look at the condition. For the price from our point of view not justified.
We did not feel comfortable.

Very cute and comfy condo located across from Kamaole Beach 3. Had everything we needed. We were arriving quite late so they let us park without a pass the first night. We really enjoyed our stay.
Great location! Details can differentiate a good place from a great place. A new mattress would be strongly suggested. this mattress suffered from "dips' like most older mattresses do. the 2" thick foam pad and mattress cover that was more like a comforter did little to make up for the dips. The description in the listing mentioned beach umbrellas and chairs in the lanai closet. the umbrellas were broken (we donated an inexpensive one to the cause) and 3 of the 4 beach chairs were not functional. we were a bit puzzled by the notice taped to the door, concerning pest control, outside and inside the properties that might need it. not understanding what was to happen, we repacked all our belongings and left the property for the day. the next morning we discovered ants on the counter coming from the crack between the backsplash and sink. the condo is quiet. we did not hear anyone from either side, above or below us. The BBQ facilities are good, the 2 pools although small were refreshing and had a lot of activity. we met a lot of other friendly guests staying there. The condo was clean, accept for the ants. we appreciated the welcome bag and goodies inside.
