The property was nice. They were remodeling the unit above us and Justin was very helpful in working it out. The only suggestions I have is that the owners use half the closet in the bedroom which leaves little space for the guests. Also it is good to have plates and utensils, but there were so many that there was no place to put the groceries we bought. That being said, I would stay here again anytime.
The property was perfect. Very clean and well stocked. Bed and couch comfortable. Four great beach chairs, towels and a folding wagon to transport gear. I highly recommended this property and would return in a heartbeat.
Great property that was a nice way to spend our week. The bed was great and super comfortable. Amazing start and welcome basket. A bit of a musty smell, but nothing that opening the windows couldn't removed. Awesome place and space!

The check-in process and booking were very streamlined through Coldwell Banker and the property was nicely remodeled very clean and in a great location in Kihei! Would definitely recommend staying here.
The condo is very well decorated and inviting. Mornings and evenings on the patio are so relaxing, with the ocean view a definite plus. We hope to return soon to have this experience again. I would highly recommend condo 121!
As an aside, for the tea drinkers, a kettle to heat water on the stove would have been great. The kitchen, otherwise, had absolutely everything we needed and was sparkling clean.
We loved this location and condo. Wonderful view to the ocean with great access to so many adventures. Would love to return. Wonderful updates to this condo made it a bonus!
My stay was a pure delight. The property itself is beautiful and the various people connected with it were extremely helpful and accommodating. The location was also perfect for what I wanted to do on this trip. I would highly recommend it to anyone and it will be the first place I check for booking should I return to Maui. Thank you!

Perfect in almost every way! My husband and I spent a week in this beautiful condo during our visit to Kihei. It is very well appointed, clean and could not be in a better location. The fact that we could watch the sunset from our lanai was incredible. The only thing missing in our opinion was a kettle of some kind but we used a pot instead which worked out just fine. It was incredibly nice to have the amenities to cook and do laundry in our own unit. We also found the shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion samples to be a lovely touch! Thank you for having us, we will be back!
