An amazing home and property. Everything was well appointed and accommodated our group of 17 very well. Beds were very comfortable and the linens were of excellent quality. The pool was enjoyed by all and the large outdoor dining table made for memorable dinners. The location was accessible to many great activities including local beaches and boat tours. Our family of 17 spent ten days in this beautiful home located in a lovely part of Kauai. This property well exceeded our expectations and the location was perfect for accessing the many attractions of the island. The kitchen is well stocked with everything one could possibly need. The pool/hot tub , outdoor area, putting green and lanai are glorious and were enjoyed by all. We appreciated the availability of the many beach items in the separate garage. However we were disappointed in the lack of availability of the weight room. We were told it would not be set up for two more months. It should not be listed at all on the web site if there actually is no availability. Also perhaps the host should consider investing in spare remotes for the shades. The remote for the master bedroom was broken and so the shades could not be raised which left the room dark. The host did order a new one immediately but it understandably takes awhile for things to arrive to the islands so we could never open the shades. The host should consider creating a detailed book of directions as to how various things in the house work. All remotes should be labeled as well as what light the switches control. There should be detailed instructions as to trash disposal and days for pick up and what to do with left over food. We would also have appreciated a broom. Despite these few suggestions, we had a terrific time at this house and we leave with many fond memories of our time together here.
It was a beautiful home and we really enjoyed our stay, all 19 of us. The outdoor area was awesome, from the pool, hot tub, swings to the putting green. Our whole family enjoyed spending time in the outdoor area. The amenities provided in the home were top notch and very much appreciated. The home was a great location for us to access many of the activities this island had to offer. There were some small issues encountered in the house that should be addressed.
We wanted to bring our family of Americans and Australians to a holiday some place special. And we found it. This villa was the perfect place for 6 grandchildren and their parents to bond in the pool over games and, of course, exploring the island. We will be back..
