I have stayed at other condos within this property and am very happy with the location. This particular co do was not very clean. Floors were so dirty i couldnt take off shoes. The ceiling (popcorn) was absolutely disgusting in the bedroom.
This place needs an update - windows were totally dirty. When wind blows it whistles loudly thought he louvered windows. When my daughter first walked in she came out and said, "I think someone is inside vacuuming!" There wasn't, it was the wind blowing through the louvered windows, which were closed. Very little pride in ownership!
Great location and beautiful beach
We love the location of this place. Away from busy parts with the resorts and/or hotels. Nice enough beach with a little bit of rocks in the water. It goes shallow for a long time, so perfect for kids. For snorkeling look for another location. Not uncommon to see turtles sleeping on the beach. Times grocery store within walking distance. The unit is small, outdated, but has everything one needs to spend a week or more. Main bed was comfortable, can't say the same about sleeper sofa. Ended up buying inflatable mattress for kids to sleep on the floor. Air conditioner was doable, perhaps on a smaller size or maybe just old for a unit this size, barely reached to the bedroom. Ceiling fans helped quite a bit though. Sunsets were amazing from this location. A small pool, coin/card laundry machines, barbecue/grill and shuffle board are also on site. Would come back.
Very nice, but overpriced
We were a bit concerned about the condition of the condo due to some negative reviews. The condo unit probably has not had a recent upgrade, but it was clean, and we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Although old and worn-out, their rattan tropical theme furnishing added to create a nice ambiance. There were Hawaiian art works and tropical decor throughout the condo. Kitchen had dated but working appliances, and we had enough kitchen gadgets, utensils and dishes. There is one old wall mounted air conditioner in the living room but sufficient to cool the entire unit during our stay in early May. Bed mattress and beddings were, once again, old and dated. We figured it was a decent compromise for the view and location.
You can see an amazing sunset from the unit's lanai and living room. This condo does not have an elevator, so our first-floor unit made it easy to carry in/out heavy stuff. The property ground was well kept and had a pleasant garden space. Parking space was always available.
Previous renters have left beach chairs and parasols, which was not mentioned on the website. We were told by the property management agency that there were no beach towels but there were plenty in their linen closet. Since we brought our own, we did not their beach towels but might come in handy for others.
Loved the location of this property. As a family with children, it was so nice to be on the ground floor, with easy access to the beach and lawn out front. The kids enjoyed the pool, the shuffleboard too. Friendly neighbors.
Condo was dirty & run down & needed immediate repairs which the company addressed. The owner needs to look into first having a deep clean done then even some routine maintenance & perhaps having it painted. There was so much potential here but I cannot recommend this condo to anyone until it undergoes so much work!
Great sunsets, beach access, shopping and dining nearby! Only downfall-saw a couple of cockroaches in the kitchen late one night.
Everything was perfect. My only complaint was the sofa bed mattress felt like a bunch of weak springs, even my kids couldn’t sleep on it. Placing it on the ground didn’t help. A foam mattress would solve for this. Everything else was fantastic.
It is right on the beach. The beach is rocky so bring something for your feet if you’re going in. It is small. The a/c unit doesn’t quite get to the bedroom area so it stays warm. There are only washing and drying machines in the breezeway and not in the room as indicated. Check in was great with a keyless entry. It has a decent kitchen.
Excellent location. The beach is literally directly out the back door. Amazing views.
The only thing that could be a little better is that it only has one A/C unit - located in the living room. It didn't cool the bedroom & bathroom as well as it did the living room & kitchen.
