Great ocean views- beautiful sunsets- quiet and private - convenient location - great for rest - relaxing- recharging!Worked out great , just what we were looking for and needing!
Clean and comfortable. Usually we can swim right in front of the condo. This stay the shallows and out a ways was Brown Water. Can’t swim in that! No sunsets either. The condo owner can’t control any of this. But in past stays the swimming and sunsets are amazing!
Great location! Can hear the waves at night. Walk to groceries and restaurants and the beach is right out front. Can watch the whales from the lanai, walk on the beach and soak up the sun. Doesn't get any better than that.
This is the third time we have stayed in this particular unit. Has been good every time. Property manager was responsive to an issue.
Would be happy to stay here again,
Great place to stay for a trip to Maui
Being ignorant of Maui, I chose this town the way it's between the airport, Wailea-Makena, and Kaanapali. The street on which the condo sits is fine, but the perpendicular on one the east side is a homeless thoroughfare from the grocery store around the corner and beyond, on down to the beach.
The view from the unit is lovely but inside some things are updated while others need updating. Despite not using, the kitchen, it was well-stocked. Downsides - the a/c unit is oceanside and inefficient and insufficient. It is a long way from the bedroom so could hardly sleep the first night due to the bedroom being really warm because the a/c didn't cool it.. By the second night it was bearable.
I awoke really early the second morning and went for a run on the beach, only to be accosted by a homeless man that was probably on crack as he acted like he owned the beach and punched me in the head, knocking me down into the water. Thus, I couldn't ever stay there again.
Kihei has a major homeless problem...
Great location right on the beach. Nice 2 bd space. Not professionally cleaned. Poor air conditioning due to controls set by management.
This home was located right on the beach with an amazing view. Great for sunset dinner and drinks. The home is older and had an ant and bug problem. The bed was uncomfortable but it didn’t matter because we were so tired from the days adventures. Worth it for the price and location
The location was great. Central Kihei. Walking distance for most things but we had a car for sight seeing.
We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was comfortable and the location can’t be beat. Very close to a few restaurants and a grocery store. The view from the balcony was stunning. It was also very quiet, though the building had plenty of guests. To be able to walk right out the back to the beach was great. We also enjoyed the sunsets. Would definitely stay again. The only issue for some might be that the bedroom has a fan but no A/C. The living room and kitchen area stay cool with the window A/C but if you like sleeping cool, this might not work for you. We will definitely try to stay here again.
