Right on the beach, awesome views of the sunset right out the back window. Clost restaurants and shopping. Will definitely book again next time we go to Maui
The grounds of this property are immaculate, clean and well kept. We loved the location in central Kihei and just steps from the beach. The view from the balcony was amazing and we love how everyone flocks to the beach for sunset. The condo was super cute and had everything we needed. Management was very responsive to the few questions we had.

This property was in the perfect location and served all our needs. The beach is easily accessible right downstairs, and it’s a very short walk to Times Supermarket for any groceries or toiletries. There are also several restaurants nearby, so you don’t need to travel far for a meal.The unit itself was well stocked and reasonably clean. It has dishware, silverware, pots/pans, cleaning supplies, a stove and microwave - the only thing that could be missing is a toaster oven. We noticed “ant killer” in one of the supply drawers, and later did see some teeny tiny little ants, but not enough that it bothered us. The lanai was amazing to get fresh ocean air, and I was pleasantly surprised that they supplied two beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and cooler as well. We didn’t use all of these, but it’s nice to have, so you don’t need to rent elsewhere.On the last day, there was an issue with our doorcode where we were locked out, but the office responded and resolved the issue within the half hour. Overall, we’d be happy to stay here again!
This condo is the perfect quiet place to stay in Kihei. Modern finishes and fully stocked. I can't say enough about the location - walking distance to many restaurants, steps from the beach, beautiful sunsets from the balcony.
*The only tiny suggestion is more comfortable seating on the balcony. The sunsets are so wonderful that we wanted to sit out there for at least an hour.
We specifically picked this unit for its modern and updated look. We stayed here for 7 nights and it did not disappoint. It was clean and functional, and I greatly appreciated the in-unit washer/dryer. Being steps from the ocean was a huge perk as well.

We had a great time staying here. It’s very comfortable,has everything needed, and decorated beautifully! Great location right on the beach so fabulous views. We would definitely stay here again! My only regret was me not bringing a pair of binoculars bc I kept hoping to see a whale as I was hanging out on the wonderful balcony!
The condo was well appointed and updated nicely. The check-in/out process was seemless. Parking was easy and close to the unit. The views and access to the beach were even better than I thought. Sunsets were gorgeous. Would absolutely stay here again!
