As you enter the space on the ground floor you are greeted with fresh and modern beach decor in the kitchen, custom concrete countertops and bar seating around the kitchen island that provides an open social atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials should you wish to cook and entertain at home. The spacious living room has a smart TV with all the channels, and stylish yet comfortable seating options to enjoy the setting with friends and family. The living room furniture has recently been updated with two arm chairs and a large sleeper sofa with queen memory foam mattress, pictures to be updated soon! The living room opens to a lanai patio with expansive views overlooking the Turtle Bay Golf Course and a social layout with new outdoor furniture.

Kuilima Estates West is a beautiful private neighborhood with exclusive gated access along the Turtle Bay Golf Course. The neighborhood boasts 3 pools with lounge furniture, tennis and pickleball courts, and walking paths to several North Shore Beaches and Kawela Bay. This unit is not part of the resort, however all beaches, restaurants, and the famous Turtle Bay pool bar & grill overlooking the ocean and surf breaks are all open to the public. This truly is a relaxing retreat in paradise!
