Beautiful home with everything you could possibly want or need in a phenominal location with a spectacular view! The beds were also comfortable, which almost never happens. We stayed for 10 days over Christmas and had a wonderful time. This home is our most favorite vacation rental of all time!
Fantastic place with beautiful view of the ocean. Kept the windows open at night to hear the waves breaking . Just steps from the pool. A/C splits worked really well during the heat of the day. Well appointed kitchen with everything needed. Concierge was terrific in booking excursions and giving advice.
The place was amazing! We are right on the ocean. Majic beach was close enough that we would walk to it about every day to boogie board or swim. Shops and restraunts are close by. Pool just steps away. Place is a must to stay at. I will be back. Thanks for a great vacation.
We loved this property and our stay in Hawaii. The location was perfect for us. The gated community felt safe and was quiet for our trip. The parking was easy and a close walk to the house. The house was more well stocked than advertised so that was a plus. We cooked several meals during our stay and had everything we needed. My only silly complaint is the that the light switches are a bit confusing. But they are labeled and the property manager even offered to come walk us through them if needed. We figured it all out, but I was impressed that they would be willing to come down for such a small issue. The star of the show was the view! It took my breath away when we walked through the door for the first time. We enjoyed sitting out of the deck enjoying the sound of the waves and watching the ocean. We opened the sliding doors and enjoyed the breeze and the ocean waves crashing in.it was perfect for us because it was right on the ocean and we don’t need beach access. If you are looking for that you may want to look at other properties but we loved the set up. I could lot recommend this property more.

We usually stay north of Kona up in Waikoloa, but wanted something a little different this trip. This condo did not disappoint! The first thing you walk into is this amazing view of the ocean and the sound of the waves. Unit was great for our family of 4. Location was convenient, the complex was clean and quiet. I would definitely come back here. Highly recommend!
This vacation rental is exactly as pictured and described. It is has an absolutely gorgeous location with views enjoyed from both levels with huge sliding doors. Magic Sands Beach is a short walk away (on the side of the road), and Magic's restaurant there was delicious as well. We were within 15 minutes of departure locations for both our excursions (snorkel and manta ray) as well as the adorable artist town of Honolualoa. One of the best snorkeling beaches on the island is just a five minute drive away. I think we saw all the fish in the island guide while we swam there! The pool and hot tub were perfect for our family and usually it was just us there. Overall, just a great home base for our trip.
This home was perfect for our family of 5! We loved being so close to the beach, but also having a quiet pool and location away from touristy areas. The views were amazing, the home very comfortable and exactly as listed. Would definitely rebook!!

This was a great place to gather as a family for a big bday celebration. It's a wonderfully comfortable unit, has beautiful grounds and pool and a spectacular sunset view over the Pacific. While we enjoyed dining on the deck the nearby Magic Sands restaurant was also a favorite. My only hesitation for recommending this property is that it will become to popular!
We are a family of 6 adults (3 couples). This was the perfect choice for our one week on the Big Island. The rental company was responsive and stayed in touch. Each bedroom had its own mini split and was very comfortable. The beds in the 2 twin bedroom could be pushed together. The condo was well equipped and absolutely beautiful. The online pics don’t do it justice. The location was the best one could ask for. You could snorkel right outside the condo through a gate on the condo property. Magic Sands beach was a 5 minute walk. Thanks! A wonderful experience!
This home really is like it looks in the pictures. Beachfront, amazing views, close to town (but not so close that it's loud). The house is great. 4 different AC units inside so everyone can adjust to their comfort level.
The unit has everything you need, all appliances, utensils, etc. It is very well equipped.
The property manager(s) are very quick to respond to emails (thank you!).
Pool and hot tub on site are a really nice bonus, especially for the kids. This was probably the best VRBO rental we've had.
Absolutely beautiful! Nothing like hearing the waves crash on the rocks to make you forget about everything and relax!
Definitely rent this property if you like the home away from home feeling and amenities while overlooking the ocean. Absolutely loved it!!
