We loved our stay at Hale Kai. It is a well maintained property for its age with a very nice pool and access to an adjacent beach park. We say turtles and dolphins from our unit, as well as views of Lanai and Molokai. Fabulous sunsets. Check in as super easy. Any questions we had were answered promptly. We chose this unit because of the location, price and Murphy beds. A sofa bed is not a bed so it was refreshing to have the Murphys. Nice people, friendly chill vibe… we will definitely return to this complex.

I enjoyed my stay here. You can hear the waves from almost anywhere inside the unit which was awesome. The toilet is difficult to flush and that was annoying and the grounds keeper was rude and I felt bullied by him because I was there as a single female.
Great location, friendly patrons and perfect Murphy beds. It's great hearing the waves crash at night, being next to the ocean. There weren't a lot of people there so that was nice. Pool was cooler than I was hoping, but the the ocean at the doorstep made up for it.

Upon check in there was a human tooth in the bathroom sink! Views are indeed great but there was NO A/C. Based on the cleanliness and the fact there was NO A/C we asked to be moved to another location. Unfortunately the property management firm wasn't helpful!

We have an amazing stay in Napili , the condo is right I front of the ocean , little beautiful beach next to it perfect for kids to play , and the sunsets every afternoon are breathtaking , we definitely want to come back next year .
