This was a ideal property for our family , we were in kauai for our sons wedding. Perfect set up would stay again!
Incredible property! Clean and well appointed.
We loved our stay here! It had everything we needed to enjoy the beach during the day, swim in the pool in the afternoon, cook and grill dinner and watch TV outside in the evening. Perfect days!

I would have given 5 stars across the board, but unfortunately, the shower lacked hot water and the pool was extremely cold and diminutive. The sofa and chairs in the great room were substandard and remarkably uncomfortable. On a positive note, the home was impeccably clean, secure, and the air conditioning was a notable advantage!

We especially loved the plunge pool and the outside covered sitting area. They keep the home clean and stocked with supplies from hair and body products to paper towels & toilet paper. Beds are very comfortable but the bedrooms were not very large (had to cram suit cases into closet). They have a wide variety of things to watch on tv which was great. I would have liked to have some kind of window treatments in the living area as the sun shining in was brutal in the morning and sunset. The other thing that was difficult to use were the switches to lights and fans and that the outside lights would go on and off and was not worth my time to try and turn them off. Also, the outside lights do not light up the walkway. If you have any questions they were just a phone call away and I did need them to come clean the main shower out as the drain was plugged and I was unable to get to it because it is covered with a heavy tile which I don't understand, but they were the next day by noon.
We all enjoyed staying at this house. It was very clean and quiet.
This was our second time staying here, and we truly consider it our home away from home. Everything was perfect! We can't wait to come back again.Mahalo!
Property was excellent! Unfortunately, the weather was cooler than usual, and the pool was too cold to use. Other than that, it was a perfect place!
We were in Hawaii for my daughter’s wedding and the stay afforded everyone their privacy yet provided adequate space for family meals. Clean and impressive home. Would definitely recommend.
This property is exactly what you want when visiting Kauai!! You feel the warmness of the property with the first step inside - from the layout of the house, the lanai and pool, we couldn’t have asked for anything more…BUT THEN, you also get the perfect location. This was my 5th time across various Hawaiian islands. A superb property with everthing a family could ever wish for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Kauai. Our daughter absolutely loved the swimming pool. Lanai was our gathering place every morning and evening, a perfect place for sipping morning coffee or happy hour libation. I would book our family here again without hesitation.

Loved the resort style in a home setting for our family. Beautiful property!
Good location and nice residence. However it was a bit too small to really feel comfortable for our family which included husband/wife and our daughter/son-in-law and 2 young children. It would be better advertised as suitable for a single family.
While it was reasonably furnished, it felt a bit bare. Some suggestions and comments:
1. Could have used some area rugs in bedrooms and outdoor living areas to feel more comfortable.
2. No extra blankets or amenities to cozy-up under when sitting outside. Even for the bedrooms would have been nice to have some extra blankets.
3. Bedrooms are small. Challenge to manoeuver around the furniture.
4. Cooking… missing items for families that actually like to cook. Garlic press, salad spinner etc. Some foil or food wrap would have been appreciated.
5. Barbecue is not great. Difficult to grill/sear.
6. Inadequate products to clean or tidy up during our stay. Cleaning products should be available for those that like order even if on holiday. A vacuum to fight the constant sand battle is really a must. We requested a vacuum from the property management … we were told they would look into it but never got back to us. One broom and dust pan and one bottle of a spray cleaner with no cleaning cloths didn’t cut it.
7. Master bathroom shower and tub handles fell off. One of the slider doors to the outside sitting area- difficult to open on a few occasions. Given that this is the first rental year -might not age well with use.
The home is a great house and having 2 master suites in the house makes it a great place for 2 couples to easily share. I can't stress enough how wonderful the lanai/patio is. We spent the vast majority of our time out the house sitting out there watching the sun set and enjoying the beautiful neighborhood. The house was well equipped with everything you need. The owners provide a cooler, beach chairs, and beach umbrellas which made exploring all the beaches of the island so easy. While nobody wants to do laundry on vacation they have 2 washers and 2 dryers in the garage that make it so easy and nice to do a few quick loads if you need. The location and it's proximity to Poipu could not be any better in a beautiful neighborhood. The only thing that didn't quite meet our expectations was the pool, and that could totally be on us for not researching closely enough. It's very small (a plunge pool) and the water wasn't heated so it was pretty cold to try and swim in. So, if you're looking to spend a lot of time in the pool I felt it necessary to mention that. It's lovely to sit by and soak up some sun though!
