We spent 8 days at this unbelievably beautiful home. The pictures don't do it justice. The location is absolutely amazing, only a mile from Haleiwa which has great restaurants and shops. The beach in front of the home was absolutely gorgeous with so many turtles and both beach areas for swimming and rock areas for tide pooling. We had a large group of family and friends and the house accommodated everyone with ease. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked and the house has absolutely everything you need including tons of snorkel equipment. We have spent the past three years in various houses on the North Shore and this was by far our favorite. We are already trying to book next years trip! Neige, the owner is incredibly helpful and we were so appreciative of the beautiful basket of goodies that was there to welcome us. This house is truly special and we appreciate the owners sharing it with us.
Beautiful home, unbelievable location, quiet neighborhood.
Perfect for our family of 17. 4 generations age 81 to 3 all had a great time. Wonderful ocean front home with room for all and a great lawn back yard for play. Turtles came everyday to eat and play in the surf which was amazing to witness. No one wanted to leave! Our wonderful "host" welcomed us with a lovely gift basket and was always available. Our Family agrees...A+.
My husband began his career in 1975 on the North Shore, so we knew this would be the perfect location to celebrate his retirement with our 6 children, their spouses and our 7 grandchildren. It was quite a feat organizing everyone from 4 different states and 2 countries, but this home was the perfect spot! Actually, it was better than the photos show. Everyone had private space, along with excellent communal outdoor space. Fully equipped and beautifully decorated! We did not want to leave the house, but took one excursion to Pearl Harbour. The Pacific Ocean was beautiful and strong, with humpback whales , many Green Sea Turtles and an occasional Monk Seal. Our family would be happy to return year after year!
Fabulous place to stay with family and friends
From the moment we arrived - holiday decorations! Music playing! Wine ready to pour! Doors open to the lanai and beach beyond.....everything was perfect! The house is spacious and so well-appointed! I appreciated the many personal touches like hooks to hang the towels on the lanai, 2 washers and dryers, 2 types of coffee makers (Keurig and drip), more kitchen tools and dishes than we could use - even a shave ice machine! We spent our mornings having coffee on the lanai followed by beach walks where we saw turtles and a seal. My parents (ages 78 and 83) enjoyed sitting and reading in the Adirondack chairs overlooking the beach. The hot tub was perfectly situated to maximize the view as well! We loved using the kitchen and also hired a personal chef recommended by the homeowner. The chef was amazing and really helped make our time special! The beds were comfortable and all of the bedrooms were beautiful! We had 3 generations ranging from 13 year old twins through college age kids, their middle-aged parents and grandparents. The house worked well for all ages and the layout allowed us to be together but also engaged in different activities whether it was cocktail hour, lawn sports (the house has lots of toys and games, snorkel equipment and boogie boards), video games on the TV, visiting on the lanai or playing ping pong and pool in the basement. Our vacation was a dream and this house made it possible! Our host was incredibly thoughtful (Christmas decorations!) and responsive to all of my questions. I want to return and do it all over again!
My family and I spent 2 wonderful weeks at this home on the North Shore. This home will not disappoint you.
I love this property, and it was the perfect setting for my extended family to stay. The overall property is 10 stars. The location is set at the end of a cul-de-sac, making the beach access very calm and private. The views are awe-inspiring from every room in the home. There are above-expected gathering spots from the kitchen to the great room, the downstairs game room (equipped with pool table and ping pong) and dining areas as well as a fabulous backyard where we played cornhole, hot tubbed every day and night, frisbee and stickball. Equally abundant were quiet spaces on the lanai and a bedroom for each family of our party.
This property was the perfect setting for our family, classy from beginning to end. Quick access to Haleiwa and all that little town has to offer. The communication with the property manager was timely and addressed everything we needed and more! I can't recommend this property enough for a large family gathering, or special event. Our memories from this trip and stay will last a lifetime. Thank you.
