This two-story home sits at the edge of the golf course near the heart of Princeville, a stunningly scenic community on Kauai's North Shore. Follow the walking/jogging paths that wind throughout the community to reach nearby restaurants, a grocery store, and several secret beaches. Or, hop in the car for a quick and easy drive to downtown Hanalei (four miles), Anini Beach (six miles), the Kilauea Lighthouse (seven miles), or Tunnels Beach (nine miles).
Each morning begins on the lanai out back, a beautiful spot to linger with a cup of coffee, an alfresco breakfast, and a view of the day's first golfers beyond the trees. On sunny afternoons, find a relaxing, shady respite on the covered patio, complete with a gas grill, an outdoor TV, and a dining table for sunset meals.
The showpiece of the house is the great room, where floor-to-ceiling windows frame the golf course, the manicured grounds, and the mature trees out back. It's an open and eminently social space, with the TV area connecting to both the dining room and the kitchen with its stainless steel appliances and richly hued wood cabinetry. Spend your evenings watching movies in the den before retiring to two comfortable bedrooms and an airy loft that acts as a primary sleeping space. Beautiful spacious property, fantastic neighborhood. So quiet and serene! I wish I could give it a full 5 stars but when we got there I found lots of small crumbs and sand on the ground in the master bedroom and bath. There was also what appeared to be mouse poop on the dresser in the loft, all around the fireplace, and in and around the tracks of all the sliding glass doors. I understand there are a lot of pests on islands like Kaua’i, but we never saw any while we were there. This just tells me the property is not cleaned as thoroughly as needed. One other problem we encountered is that during the rains we had, the kitchen and master bedroom ceilings had leaks. The property management company was quick to respond to my initial call and had someone out within an hour which was fantastic! But the leaks were significant and they told us someone would be back out to fix it (this was the first day of our week long stay) and nobody ever came or contacted us again. So we just had to live with a pot and towel on the floor in the center of the kitchen. Overall fantastic place to stay, but needs more thorough cleaning and roof repair.

There was much to love about this home. The location is in a beautiful neighborhood on the golf course. The deck overlooking the 11th tee box became our favorite gathering spot. The weather was perfect, occasional rain, cool breezes and people watching. The bed was comfortable with fresh bedding. The only negative was the exterior garbage can was full and we did not find the note asking us to place the garbage at the curb until after the fact. We would definitely book this house again. Thanks for a great family vacation.

We had a great time staying at this property! It was clean and the beds were all comfortable. It has a beautiful view of the golf course too. The property manager was easy to communicate with over text and phone call. They brought over some beach towels right away for us and were quick to get back to us. Definitely would stay here again!

We had a great stay, room for 8 adults, lovely location on the golf course. We enjoyed many dinners in and used the kitchen and dining areas (indoor and outdoor) to spend time together and keep our costs down. Bedrooms have A/C. We had a wonderful stay, thank you!

This was a great place to stay. It was very close to everything we wanted to do on the island.
Great neighborhood and well maintained. My only complaint, which didn't even bring it down a star was that sound carries very well in the building. There were multiple couples staying in the home so if anyone wanted to stay up after anyone went to bed it was necessary to stay quiet. On the other hand. Because it was so open, air flowed consistently throughout the house and the house stayed very comfortable.
