The property manager, Deborah, could not have been more helpful! It was a perfect location, a gorgeous view and I would definitely stay there again!!
The location was excellent and the property was spotless. The umbrella and chairs came in handy. We had a couple hiccups with the Wifi, but Deborah took care of it for us right away. We would definitely stay there again!

The host was awesome. We had a little problem with a ceiling fan and she got it resolved asap. The condo was exactly like it was described. Actually I thought it was better than describedThe views were great and the location is really nice. Great access to the north side of the island Easy parking and with all the beach amenities a family would need. We used the towels, cooler (with ice packs) and beach chairs. Made the beach visits so much betterWith that, there are a couple of things to note.No ac, not a problem but you just need to be aware. It cools off at night but just keep that in mind. The ceiling fans help keep you cool so those are a great featureOf course if you have the windows open you will get to experience the early morning crows of the roosters so sleeping is in might be a challenge The check out list was pretty simple, start a load of wash, take out trash, and clean up after yourself. I look forward to come back to the island. I would stay here again

The unit was so clean and set up so well. Loved the small fans, that kept us cool. Sitting out on the patio eating was amazing. I have nothing negative to say…this unit is perfect!
Beautiful property, overlooking the ocean in a beautiful community. The check in process was easy, the property was clean and beds comfortable. My friends and I had a wonderful time and the host was accommodating to both an early check in and late check out, which was helpful. We had a great stay and would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Princeville/North Shore Kauai!
My family had a fantastic stay here! The property was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the views were outstanding. The location was great, just a short drive to Hanalei and close to the Princeville Center. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend to anyone else!
My first impression of this condo was positive and stemmed from the prompt response to all my queries from Deborah the property manager. The property was well maintained and the inside of the unit very clean. The view of the ocean was awesome. Our group included 3 adults. We wanted a quiet place to call home for the week and this condo was perfect. We enjoyed our coffee on the patio and then set out for our daily activities. Having the grocery store so close was very helpful as we arrived late in the afternoon. The condo was well stocked with supplies including kitchen necessities, beach chairs, beach umbrella etc. Parking is very convenient. Deborah was very responsive and before I arrived I already felt comfortable that our stay was going to be a success. I would not hesitate to book this condo again.

Well kept & well stocked Gorgeous location
I cannot say enough about this rental. From the start, communication was great with the property manager — she was very quick to get back to me, answer questions, and provide all the information I needed! When we arrived, everything was ready — clean and neat as a pin! So many extra thoughtful touches — beach chairs and towels, ice chest, fully furnished kitchen, the linens were lovely! But the really outstanding feature of this home is the view out of each bedroom and the living room — green grass, blue ocean, white clouds and breaking surf — it’s just magical waking up here. It is an end unit with a ground floor lanai, where we enjoyed tea and breakfast every morning — sometimes our friends the whales would come by to say hi! With a place like this, you don’t have to go anywhere else. So much aloha!

Outstanding...Beautiful place, so comfortable but best of all, location. Waking up in morning watching sunrise or at night sunset...seeing whales spouting and all types of birds- nene, mrynah, roosters, hens, cardinals, sparrows and albatross.... It was the best vacation we ever had. Thank you....

Unit was perfect for our first time staying in Princeville.
This is a great location if you are looking for stunning views of the ocean. You can fall asleep to the sounds of the waves every night. The unit is quiet and in a low traffic area. This place was well stocked with things you will need for your stay. This one had things left over from previous stays like condiments and seasonings that you would need to cook. There was laundry stuff there to do laundry. I would stay here again.
Absolutely no complaints about the property, or the manager. Everything one could want for cooking in the apartment, which was quite nice. No AC but not needed because the tradewinds cool the place.
My only issue was the upstairs neighbors. They changed over 6-7 times in one month and some were quite badly behaved (loud and drunken). Nothing to be done apparently. We had no idea of any recourse available.
I would not hesitate to rent it again though. Best I’ve ever rented in 30 years on Kauai.
Completely as advertised. Great location. The directions that the owner sent me were absolutely spot on In terms of locating the condo. The kitchen was well appointed and the bed was super comfy.
We loved the yard/ view of the ocean. Super close to lots of sights to see on the north side. No AC so it was a bit hot in August but the property was great.
Clean, great corner location that gets t tradewinds from all directions. Beds were super comfortable!
Fantastic stay here in Princeville. Every room is a room with a view. We loved the ground floor unit. Sitting outside for our meals was heavenly watching the whales and the birds. This unit is fantastic with a private setting with green grass. Comes fully equipped with cooler, chairs, umbrellas, etc. would definitely stay here again!
Such a great place! Beautiful view, awesome location. Neighborhood was pretty quiet and down the street from a grocery store. 5 mins to Hanalei, 10 min to Anini. The best vacation rental bed I’ve slept in, pillows for actual humans!

We love the condo!
Everything about this place was great, from the communication with property owner, to the updated condo that had everything you need!
Great location for exploring the north shore and you get the view. The condo had beach chairs, towels, tent, and a cooler that we used every day. The charcoal grill was a bonus, and the pool is nice. If you want all of that and an amazing view, book this place!!
Very nice unit, that fit our needs. Deborah, the property manager, was great in communications, making sure we had the information to find the place, and checking in with us after we got there.
The unit is very comfortable and well furnished. And the ocean view is great from every room!

Beautiful and Excellent Location! Semi private and enjoyed family gathering on the lawn overlooking the Ocean. Can’t beat the views especially waking up with ocean outside every bedroom and living room windows. Accommodations have everything to beach chairs, umbrellas, grill and pool access. Only minor issue is young kids arrived above unit last 2 days and got noisy early in the am. Other than that Excellent!!
