We have been staying at Hale Kamaole in different condos since 1998 and enjoy it every year. This condo was very nice and clean. It needs a regular drip coffee maker though as the Keurig doesn’t cut it for two people. We had to buy a spatula for grilling and cooking. The fan (with a light) over the counter kept coming on at all hours of the day and night. We had one of the crew reprogram it but still didn’t work right. Had to just turn the circuit breaker off. The modem failed but the crew hooked us up to another unit. Very helpful. We’ll be back next year to Hale Kamaole!

We enjoyed our stay and were happy with the customer service and condition and location of the unit. We would recommend it to friends. We were a bit surprised to find out how much more we paid for Unit 308 than what our friends paid for 307 for the exact same dates. (around $1000US more for 10 days). We would like to book similar dates for next year in a ground floor one bedroom unit but would like the better rate that our friends got. Please let us know what units are available.

This condo was just perfect for our stay with three adults. The Murphy bed is comfortable and very handy... just folds right out of the way! Genius! The gate to the pool is just steps away from the patio. Couldn’t be better! We look forward to staying in this condo again in years to come.

Unit was immaculate ,well supplied with dishes etc. Just a heads up to future guests purchase coffee pods not ground coffee if you go to Costco before arriving. Will need extra toilet paper if there for more than a week. Would have liked some place mats.

We had a wonderful time at Hale Kamaole in June. The condo is very well equipped and decorated beautifully. The King size bed was very comfortable and the air conditioners in the bedroom and living room were very much appreciated. The living room was so very welcoming. The lanai and proximity to the pool were excellent! The area is wonderful a nd a great jumping off point for any excursions. We would definitely stay here again. Mahalo

Very comfortable King size bed, upgraded appliances, very clean and well stocked. Split air conditioner in the living room and a separate unit in the bedroom made it very comfortable. Three beach chairs, plenty of beach towels, and two beach umbrellas were available (one was broken). I was concerned about a ground unit, but these condos were solidly built, they are very well insulated, and almost sound proof. I slept like a baby. Professional management team upon check in. Reasonable cleaning fees compared to other properties. Located less than 1/2 mile from our favorite beach (Keawakapu). We were able to just relax and spend time together and walked down to the beach every evening to watch the sunset. At night we would read through the cards with all the questions, just laughing about our answers. Walking distance to Southshore Grindz and 808 Deli (highly recommended). Take a drive to North Kihei and visit Sugar Beach Bake Shop for the best malasadas and coffee in South Maui. The only downside is that there is no designated parking for this unit, and on weekends when it is busy, you may have to park a little further away. This unit overlooks the pool, no real view from the condo. We will definitely be back to this property, but will try to find a condo with an ocean view next time.

My family booked several rooms from Hale Kamaole, and this room was definitely the best! You can tell it's been recently renovated and had everything you need (including a Keurig for the coffee drinkers). While you cannot see the water, it's in a more quiet location as it's further away from the street. The photos don't show that you open you sliding glass door to one of the pools. Highly recommend!
