We are located in the heart of Wailea at the Grand Champion Villas, close to Maui's best beaches and within walking distance to great restaurants, the Shops of Wailea and surrounded by Championship Golf Courses. Grand Champions is a serene 12-acre park-like resort next to the Wailea Tennis Club and Wailea Blue Golf Course. Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place.

The Space:
You are invited to stay in our beautifully one bedroom two bath unit nestled in the popular Grand Champions at Wailea.

This unit has AC in the bedroom and living room, a fully equipped kitchen, TV's, King size bed, sofa sleeper in the living room, vaulted ceilings and lots of natural light providing a spacious, relaxed feel. The unit is surrounded by lush greenery and dining on the lanai allows for the Hawaiian outdoor living experience.

The Grand Champion onsite amenities include two heated pools and spas, BBQ's, and 12 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds. Ulua and Wailea Beach are just minutes away. There is also a 3 mile walking path along Maui's premier coastline that is only a 2 block walk from our home.

World-class shopping, golf, restaurants, white sand beaches, and 5-Star resorts are all a short walk or drive from your new home! Wailea Tennis Club, Wailea Town Center to the south, and the Wailea Blue Golf Course is located next door to the Grand Champions.

We provide beach towels, beach umbrella, beach chairs and a cooler so you can take full advantage of Maui's many beautiful beaches.

The Grand Champions onsite amenities include two heated pools and spas, BBQ's, and 12 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds.

This unit is on the 1st floor however you can not walk from the lanai to the grounds. The lanai is set higher because of the construction of the building.

We stayed at unit #125 this time. We have been to GC complex before and this unit was exactly what we expected. Clean, has everything you need for typical Maui vacation and great spot overall. We would come back in a heartbeat.

This property is close to Wailea stores and beaches, Kihei and everything in between. We loved our stay here. Bed was super comfortable. The two full bathrooms was a huge plus. We also enjoyed having items in the kitchen so we could cook at home and safe some money on meals. Would absolutely stay here again!!!

This was our third VRBO stay in Maui since 2020, and it was the best one yet. Property was as advertised, well maintained and clean. All in-condo amenities were in working order. The furniture was clean and of good quality. The mattress was comfortable to sleep on. We did have one loud neighbour but that is out of the condo owner or manager's control. Anke replied to all our enquiries very promptly. We will certainly remember this experience fondly and will seek out this property to rent again in the future.

This property is close to Wailea beaches and all the shopping in the area. It is a great location! It is extremely quiet even though it is a big condo complex. It was especially nice to have two full bathrooms in the unit and a washer/dryer out on the lanai.
