The condo is very dated, the original baths and kitchen ( which was very worn down) and worst of all the very stained carpetWe love Grand Champions where we have stayed in seven different condos more than 10 times but this one was very disappointing
Great location with amazing views. Location to pools was great. Condo was great even though a little older.
Property is in a great location and has a very useable floorpan. The wall air conditioners are old and sound like they are on borrowed time. The one in the living room is so noisy that you can't hear the T V when it is on. The carpets are a mess. Stained and appear to be in need of professional cleaning.
The full kitchen, partial ocean view, proximity to the pool area and high ceilings make this our favorite place to stay in Wailea.
Property is a good value. Enjoyed relaxing in the condo after full days of running, snorkeling, swimming, and hiking.
Unit could use a few upgrades but very comfortable and clean.

We have stayed at the grand champion villas about 9 times over many years. It’s a perfect spot for us. The single bed unit was very spacious. We really enjoyed our stay. The carpets need to be cleaned and the fraying cabinet fronts in the kitchen needs some work.

Great unit with fabulous views! The interior is a bit dated but very comfortable, quiet and a well stocked kitchen. The only issue we had was with the lock on the sliding door to the balcony. The locking mechanism is very loose and easily engages automatically when closing the door. We ended up locking ourselves out the first evening with our cell phones inside the unit. Luckily the downstairs neighbor was outside so we could give him the code to the front door and come and unlock the sliding door from the inside. We reported this to property management but they basically told us this they wouldn't fix it because that's how all the units are! Definitely a security issue and we were lucky it wasn't too late at night and a neighbor was around to help us. We ended having to use some painters tape to keep the lock from dropping down and self-locking.
