This was the perfect location. Loved getting up every morning and walking the path along the ocean. There is a grocery store just down the street and lots of restaurants you can walk to. Downtown Kapaa is right on the other side of the condos. We did cook several meals and found everything we needed in the well stocked kitchen. We definitely would stay here again.

We were so impressed with the location an property for our weekend girls trip! It was easy to walk to restaurants and shopping. The pool and hot tub were open later than I expected, which meant we got to explore all day, and also enjoy the amenities. Appreciated the beach chairs at the rental that we could take with up for a day of exploring. The unit was clean and well cared for. If I go back to Kauai, I'd stay here again!

Condo was clean and had everything we needed for a great stay. The included pack in play, beach chairs, umbrella and wagon were great.

The apartment was clean and inviting. The resort was well landscaped and pleasant although we didn't use any of the facilities. The location is convenient for going north or south on the island. Unfortunately it was very windy while we were there, so we didn't get to take much advantage of the wonderful bike/walkway that is next to the ocean behind the resort.
Walkable to the village and shopping. Clean and well stocked with beach necessities. Grounds lovely and access to ocean superb.

We really loved our stay at this property. The room itself was clean and solid and the kitchen was super well-stocked. I'm so glad that they left a bunch of the spices and odds and ends that people probably gathered when they cooked in it, as all those things made the kitchen far more usable.
Also, when we found that there weren't dishwasher pods in the kitchen, the owner actually gave us plenty of money in a refund for us to get our own, and since we were out so much, that was easy for us to do. They responded really well to our problem and were good about being generous on how to solve it when the housekeeper was across the island and unable to get to us in a timely manner.
The hottub on the property was a great way to get to talk to a lot of other travelers. The location was right on the edge of a small town, with lots of fun stuff just in walking distance, and instant access to the main road around the island. And being at the mid-point meant that going north and doing west was equally easy.
We've done Poipu before, but this was so much nicer, and more mixed into the actual residents of this island instead of just a resort dislocated from the rest of the island. I would so recommend this instead of Poipu, if you want to go to Poipu beach, it's an easy drive from here, too, and there are even beaches just on one side of the whole complex, some with protection from the surf to make swimming much less hazardous than on other parts of the island.

Jared’s condo was clean, spacious, and close to amenities. He was a very responsive host and answered our questions promptly. Kauai is absolutely beautiful and we would love to stay at Jared’s condo again.
the location was perfect for mû family ans as advertised. it allows easy access to other sites and beaches to visit. the complex is well maintained, the swimming pool and spa complemented our days well. the coffee at the nearby Java Kai is excellent. Thank you!

This was our second stay at this condo and it was a great visit. The location is very convenient - right off the walk/bike path and a short walk to coffee, juices, meals, and shops. The unit was super clean and nice extras included (chairs, towels, etc). The grounds are meticulously maintained as well. Highly recommended!
Beautiful, clean grounds just steps from the ocean. The sun rise in the morning is the most amazing sight. It was our daughters 14th birthday- the resort offers plenty of activities, the unit is just steps from the pool, with laundry and bbq's just steps away from the unit.
Jared is a fantastic host to deal with, answers questions almost immediately- and offers many tips on restaurants and things to see and do.
Overall 11/ 10 rating. The absolute only negative i could possibly say is the patio chairs could use cushions. However, that by no means had any real impact on our vacation. The room was fully stocked with boogy boards, snorkels, lawn chairs and a cooler for snacks and drinks.
I would recommend this property and unit to anyone i know who would like to visit the beautiful island of Kauai.

Have stayed at the resort multiple times, not via VRBO. This owner has updated the property. We had an issue with the shower faucet and the owner responded almost instantly and made sure the issue was resolved. The communication was excellent. Liked the extras in the room that we were able to use; beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrella, and sand toys. Would definitely rent with this owner and unit again.

Clean, comfortable, and the owner has done a great job of furnishing the condo with extra amenities like boogie boards, beach chairs, children's DVD's, etc..
Also, the Murphy bed uses a normal thick mattress so it was really comfortable.
