Overall the property has everything we needed including kitchen appliances, towels, and beach chairs. It was very clean. Couch is older and out-dated but they provided a clean couch cover. Small AC unit worked well.Only complaint is they do not allow any sort of early check- in whatsoever. Nor do they have a space to store luggage. We ended walking around town with our luggage waiting for our check in time which was difficult.

This property was as described and worked very well as a home base for two adults. Close to great snorkeling beaches on the west side of Maui. The management was very responsive: we found one of the beach chairs broken and they dropped off a replacement within hours of my call. Check-in was self-directed (lock box) and super easy. Great communication. Nice oceanfront area for whale watching at sunset.
We loved this place so much. The room and amenities were perfect. The facility had everything we would want. They provided beach towels, chairs and a cooler. It’s within walking distance of store, shops and food truck park. The kids loved the grassy area and the sunsets were gorgeous. Lots of wildlife to enjoy. The management was so helpful and quick to respond. The check in and out was east and efficient. All the stars and thumbs up.

Easy to find, this studio is one of a bunch of condos. No smoking except in designated areas which is good. Elevator to the top floor, with a dedicated unloading spot for easy access. There is a pool that I saw people in once, who goes to Maui to lounge in the pool? The room was well equipped for cooking meals and had a coupe of beach chairs and a cooler, which came in handy. Spectrum tv was included with limited channels but again, didn't want to watch much tv. There were spare toiletries provided, the towels were surprisingly soft, and the shower provided plenty of hot water. The bed was comfortable. All in all, a great property for a beach vacation.
This is a great condo with a good location close to beaches and old town Lahaina. Enjoyed out stay.
We arrived late, after 10 pm. Once we understood where the lockbox was located, all went smoothly. Location was within walking distance to grocery and shops. Laundry could have a coin or other operated soap dispenser. The notebook with info needs updating. I left a note on the coffee table. The studio was clean and tidy. There could be a few added items like games or puzzles or info about Maui. Price was good. Thank you for sharing your home.

Great property, close to all good places in West Maui. Communication is good prior to check-in. If we have a question once there it could take some time before someone answers you.

Easy access to plenty of actvities. Being able to see the sunset every night was amazing. Never croweded at the pool or at the beach view. Very cosy inside. Appreciated the beach chairs and towels.
Great little studio for the price. Even the mountain view rooms have a beautiful view. Great sunsets from the back beach area of the condo complex. Nothing too fancy but everything in the room worked great and it's in a great location just a few miles from 3 of the top snorkeling spots on the island. Great communication. I will rent there again.
This property worked perfectly for our quick getaway. Restaurants and stores in walking distance. Amazing sunsets. Nice and clean pool area that was never busy. Property managers were attentive with quick texts to make sure we had everything we needed.
The studio was a great home base for exploring the western side of Maui. There aren’t many frills but everything we needed was provided. The air conditioner and fans were a life saver. This really is great for two people or a couple. The condo has its own beach access, beach is great for a swim anytime.
