100 steps to the beach, lots of shade so we didn't need an umbrella. Close to restaurants. Loved the pool. Clean and they keep it around 87 degrees.The a/c worked great. Very well stocked in the kitchen. Need new sheets and mattress in the bedroom. Just wishedthe TV in the bedroom worked. Great views. Would stay again.

It’s literally right next to the beach and the view is fantastic. The bedroom and the living room is spacious. I think the best thing about this property is the free wifi. The wifi is top notch high speed and it’s free! So we never had any problems whenever we need to do some research or do something online for work purposes. This property has everything such as extra mattress for guests that you may have or use in the living room if you feel like it, beach chairs, towels, bed sheets, kitchenwares and so on. The lanai is fantastic with table and chairs to hang out with a nice view of the ocean. We also have our own private parking in the garage. This place is 10 / 10. The only thing is that the pool is under construction but the beach is literally across the street! And kind of a bummer about the gym because you have to make an appointment for every time you want to use the gym so I never bothered doing that. But overall, probably the place we ever rented even just for two months. Highly recommended!

We loved every minute of our stay at this property. So much to see and do all at your doorstep. It will be so nice when the pool renovation is finished but the beach is lovely and right across the street! We hope to be back again soon.

Condo was spacious and clean with all the essentials you need for a comfortable extended stay. Washer/dryer and assigned parking spot were included as well as a full size kitchen, amenities that are a rare find in this area. Host was kind and courteous and always responded to inquiries in a timely fashion.

This was an awesome place right on waikiki. Cross the street and you're on the beach. Since the unit is pretty high up noise wasn't too much of an issue, though on Friday nights you could hear a bit of thumping from the rooftop bar across the street.
They also provided a small beach umbrella.

We love this residential building. This place had a well equipped kitchen. The view was beautiful and steps away from the beach and lots of restaurants and shopping. We look forward to returning.

Property was as described, manager was very responsive to our calls. The pluses of the property were the location, the dimensions and amenities provided. Only downside not mentioned was the noise that comes from the hotel pool/bar across the street, very loud music and DJ almost every night. Louder on weekends. Couldn’t leave windows open and hear TV unless it was at high volume. This was not in the control of the manager or owner.
