When you arrive, you will find a tastefully remodeled one bedroom/one bath condo (with a 2nd bed - a Queen sofa-sleeper). Located at Kihei's popular, Kihei Akahi resort.
The condo is safe, clean, comfortable and it has everything you need for an amazing vacation. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you’d expect (coffee maker, full size fridge, plates, cups, utensils, pots and pans, toaster, cooking utensils, etc). The living room has a cozy couch and chairs, a SmartTV (Roku) with fast wifi throughout. There’s a walk-out lanai (patio) with beautiful grass lawn and lush Maui landscape that is right outside the back patio.. Enjoy morning coffee on your walk-out lanai or sip an evening cocktail and enjoy the ocean breezes and amazing sunsets. You'll be within steps of the beach, restaurants, two swimming pools and beautiful views.
My guests rave that this location is perfect for Maui. You'll be right across from the pristine beaches at Kamaole I & II & III. Kamaole Shopping Center is within walking distance of several shops and delicious restaurants. Steps to the beach, restaurants, shopping and all that beautiful South Kihei has to offer is a treat in itself. It is just a short drive to championship golf courses in Wailea and Makena as well as the fabulous shops and restaurants. Whether it's nightlife, restaurants, family-friendly beaches, or shopping you will find it minutes away. Parking is super easy. The condo comes with its own private parking spot located right in front of the condo. A tennis/pickleball court is on site too.
The bedroom is a calm and comforting sleep haven. Unwind on a queen bed, made even more comfortable with its new mattress. Also, there is a 3" sensor cooling gel topper and soft, high thread count sheets. The living room provides a second sleeping option for guests. The comfy couch is a queen size pull-out sofa sleeper with a high-quality new mattress. You will get a great night's sleep after a fun day in Maui.
You can count on a clean, well maintained and fresh condo when you arrive. You will have a safe, clean environment in which to vacation.
To help keep you cool, there is an air conditioner in the living room and I also provide several portable fans to help keep you cool & comfortable. Washer and dryer are also included inside the condo.
The remodeled kitchen has top-of-the-line appliances and spacious counter tops. I have also included everything you need to prepare your meals. All cooking utensils, dishware and flatware, coffee maker, etc. Enjoy dining either inside or outside on the private lanai. The choice is yours.
