The beach is very close—we could definitely walk to the beach within 2 minutes brisk pace. The beach was not as picturesque—or usable—as we desire for a leisure beach day. There was a lot of wood, sharp plants, and dead coral on the beach that made impossible to be bare foot.The outside building and pool area is kept well, landscaping and pool area were wonderful, clean and lush beautiful plants. It had just the right amount of rooster (about 1-3), lots of beautiful geckos, and other small lizards and birds. The check-in was perfection, the initial entry including door code/lock was flawless. The interior fit our party well, however had a few unexpected minor nuances. Mostly attributed to lack of cleanliness in the unit. More on cleanliness: hair on towels and beds. Under couches maybe never cleaned. (lost a flip flop so looked there.) Our feet were black from the floor if we walked without shoes. Shower curtains were gross, drains had lots of exposed hair and some didn’t drain. Lanai was so dirty we didn’t use it.Further positives: The fridge/freezer was spacious and clean, there was plenty of plates/bowls/silverware, ziplock bags, beach towels and things, and the beds were quite comfortable.Additional downfalls: We expected a twin/smaller mattress in the third level of the 3-level bedroom. It is only large enough on the top level for two small bean bags. The only thing to cook on was a skillet and a small pan. The unit was on the top floor, up 3 flights of stairs.

We enjoyed our stay here. There’s plenty of room for a family of 12. It is in a great location. We did have some trouble with ants, but contacted the manager, and the problem was solved quickly. Managers were friendly, helpful, and gave us great tips of things we could do on the island
This was perfect for our 3-generation family getaway.
We had perfect weather and Maui was just beautiful. Bed was really comfortable. Close to everything!! Condo had everything we needed. We did quite a few adventures and location was perfect
Family of 6 adults and 4 children stayed for 8 days. Overall was the perfect space for us to all be together. Hosts were very good at replying to any questions or requests. The three bedrooms were separated enough to give individual spaces . Condo was very well stocked. Would recommend for other larger groups and would stay at the same unit in the future.
Great location and set up. Communication was top notch and the property had everything needed. Pool, hottub, bbqs, beach, clean complex… nothing but positives. The unit came equipped with everything we needed and more. I would absolutely stay there again.
Great Location. Can walk to many restaurants. Not nearly the traffic is when I drove past Lahaina and Kiianapale (sp?). We did not have a bad meal in Kihei and we ate at many restaurants.
There is a road outside, but it didn't bother me.
Beach out front and pickleball courts.
Would stay here again.

We recently stayed for a family vacation and not only was the property beautiful, but Yolanda was wonderful. Easy to work with especially since we needed early check in and late check out. Use of the van was awesome and the home was perfect. Will definitely be back again.
Our extended family (grandparents plus two families w/children) enjoyed everything that Yolanda’s property had to offer, especially how well equipped the rental was: everything you would need for the beach and pool, car, kitchen, etc. The proximity to the beach and location in Kihei, as well as the whole island was fantastic!
The outdoor space was not very useable as the A/C unit blew hot air and the furniture was awkwardly arranged.
The sleeping areas were great but the bathrooms needed some cleaning. Once we arrived we were met with many rules and restrictions that were fine, but the amount of times they were repeated made it off putting and less relaxing.
I recommend if you’re looking for a place to stay just for sleeping but not necessarily for enjoyment of the location or ‘resort’ amenities.
Good place, a bit dated but very well-equipped including beach equipment and kitchen. Host was prompt to respond to issues that arose. Might consider whether a diverter would work for the deck A/C hot air exhaust. Included van was very handy for our group.
We had a lovely vacation in Maui thanks to the hospitality of Yolanda and Leo. We were 4 adults and 3 teens staying for 1 week. The use of the minivan was a spectacular bonus. The teens loved the upstairs bedroom and the two couples slept in two main floor bedrooms.
The kitchen was clean and well equipped, but the knives could stand to be sharpened. We had a small issue with a clog in the upstairs tub but Leo fixed it the next day.
The pool area and access to the beach cannot be beat! The only negative thing I can say about the place is we could hear the traffic from the road. This was not a huge issue for us because we didn't lounge in the unit, we spent our time at the pool, beach, or exploring Maui. At night I slept with earplugs.

Great property. Owners super easy to communicate with and location was perfect.
We celebrated our 50th anniversary with family of 8, and had plenty of room. The little ones loved the upstairs beds! The grounds are lovely. The only drawback is the proximity to the main road just outside the condo. It is very loud. If you are a light sleeper, a white noise machine might help. The unit is well equipped with all the necessary beach equipment you might need. Yolanda was very attentive to our needs, and took care of the few issues we had. The car was older, but came in handy for our jaunts around town.

Yolanda'd and Leo's property is a dream destination for any large group looking to stay in Kihei. The condo is close to many shops and restaurants and right on the beach. The amenities like the pool and hot tub are fabulous as well. I also cannot express enough gratitude to the hosts for their attentiveness during my stay. Throughout a minor maintenance issue, they were always in contact, even when not on island. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
Did not realize we were on third floor and no elevator. Was that listed in the VRBO listing. Was difficult for me to go up and down stairs. The oven did not work very well. Not sure if it was because of the foil on the shelves. Was afraid to drive truck to Hana, so rented cars. The place was beautiful and in a great location. Loved the patio.
