I usually have to always clean our vrbo before we unpack etc., so it was so refreshing how clean this condo was. It was also pretty well stocked with everything you could possibly need and then some. The back deck was so peaceful and was the solitude everyone needs, just the sound of birds and wind. We usually stay in a 3 bdrm unit in fairway villas but this time we didn't need the extra space so we were delighted to find H21.

Excellent location, and the condo was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the shaded lanai overlooking the golf course. The host Allyson, was amazing to work with, she goes out of her way to help you, and gives awesome personal service. Thank you both Barbara and Allyson for making our winter vacation enjoyable.
Great property! The condo was well appointed and in a great location close to shops. The furniture was very comfortable and we enjoyed watching the golfers from the lanai in the afternoons. We would definitely consider a return visit.

Excellent location and a clean, very comfortable well equipped condo. Our third trip to the Big Island, but first time at Waikaloa - Fairway Villas. Lanai faces north overlooking the golf course so good air flow, and shaded from direct sun. Easy walking distance to shopping, restaurants and beaches.
This is a great condo, very spacious, nicely furnished, well stocked in kitchen and bathrooms, beach accessories too.

We really enjoyed our stay at Barbs! It was clean, comfortable and had great access to many things. Aside from the great beaches nearby, we enjoyed walking to the marketplace for coffee and shaved ice, swimming in the pool, and eating breakfast out on the porch! The condo had everything we needed! No one wanted to leave at the end of the week!
The location is perfect, close to everything you will need. Property manager is very responsive and helpful.
This condo was in a great location and it was very enjoyable place to stay. We really enjoyed having coffee on the lanai in the morning. The kitchen was well equipped. The host was very good with communication. Overall a great place and we would definitely stay here again.
