The start of the trip was a little rocky because I was not informed who my property manager was nor did they give me a number to call prior to checking in. I had to message and get the information. Then after they set me up with a code, the door code did not work and it took a couple calls before someone picked up to help me so I could get into the condo. After that it was smooth sailing for the most part. I wish prior to the check in they would give me the name of my property manager as well as access to the door code and a description of how to get out of the parking garage once we have parked. It would have also been nice to provide recommendations around the area for food, activities, etc like other rentals I’ve been in before.
Would love to stay again!

Our third time staying at this condo. We love staying here for its location, garage parking, free WiFi, and beautiful views. The rooftop pool and barbecue area has been renovated very nicely. James responded promptly, and thank him for accommodating us so we could enjoy the beach a bit longer when our flight was delayed. Overall, a good value for staying in Waikiki. Aloha and mahalo!
Great corner unit with excellent views. Walking distance to most everything you want to see in Honolulu but far enough away to be quiet at night. Nice spot!

Wonderful location on the 25th floor at Fairway Villa. It is an easy walking distance to Waikiki Beach as well as the International Marketplace and restaurants. The unit is decorated beautifully and has wonderful amenities which include washer/dryer (laundry pacs included), coffee maker (filters included), full-size oven, as well as beach chairs, cooler, many beach towels, umbrella (okay for non-wind day). The complimentary parking space is on Level 2, where there is no elevator. It's pricey but really nice since it is a corner unit.Unfortunately the toilet didn't work properly and the floor is dirty (we could not walk around in our bare feet as we do at home). An AC unit was installed while we were there but we preferred fresh ocean air and left windows open. All in all, we would stay here again!

This is a great little condo. With it being on a higher floor, I never had to have the air conditioner on. The washer/dryer was so nice to have and there were plenty of pots, pans and silverware. It would be really convenient if there was an air fryer and a Keurig. This was a solo trip so making meals at home was a nice option. The bathroom could use some paint and the wall by the washer/dryer, but other than that the everything was pretty well maintained. The view from the living room and bedroom both day and night were amazing and so was the view and amenities from the rooftop! I would defiantly chose this room again in the future! Communication was a little slower than I would have hoped, but I didn't have anything pressing thankfully.

The living room could use an air conditioner or screens on the sliding door and louvered windows. Not so much for flying bugs, since you're on the 25th floor, it's for the potential little birds that come up to visit the lanai. We always close the louvers till the opening is too small for the birds, when asleep and out and about.

We enjoyed our stay! Condo is in a great location! Plenty of restaurants nearby and there's a grocery within walking distance. Beach is a short walk — about 2 blocks. The International Market Place is one block away. The condo has plenty of dishes for us to use. It’s great there’s a washer/dryer inside the unit. Though there’s a AC unit in the bedroom, we kept all the windows opened and didn’t use the AC. We were there in September so not sure how hot it gets during the summer months. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent again.
We enjoyed our stay. We had a beautiful view of the city lights at night and the ocean during the daytime! Having a washer and dryer was definitely a plus! We were able to go back home not having to worry about doing laundry upon our return. The room wasn’t spotless, but it was decently cleaned. The nights were a bit noisy at times, but as tired as we were each night returning to the room, we weren’t bothered much by it. Overall, our family enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Pros: Good location Nice view of firework show on Tuesday and Friday night Rooftop lounging area with pool and sauna Free parking space Security of building was nice and printed something for me Easy access Walking distance from eateries, shops, and Waikiki beach Master bedroom comfy Cons Only one window ac unit and in master, so if you have 4 guests and 2 stay on pull out couch it gets extremely warm in the living room area as there’s only windows for air to blow through. Not used to that, especially in summer heat. They brought an extra fan but didn’t help much. Washer/dryer is small so has to do multiple loads because you can’t overfill or it doesn’t clean well. Washer smelled moldy but they came and brought a cleaning packet to run in self clean mode. Dryer also took long to dry had to run it 2x most times. Shower tub needs to be recaulked and/or replaced. Couldn’t tell if stained or dirty and vent in restroom doesn’t work. Also wish they had more electric sockets conveniently placed to charge electronic devices luckily I brought an extension cord. Lastly, out of their control as more of a building maintenance problem but there was long wait for elevators first 2 days of stay because only 1 of 3 worked, but they finally opened up second elevator and that helped tremendously. Elevator gets packed as there’s over 25 floors of residents Overall it was a decently priced, well stocked unit. Just wish it had another AC, cleaner restroom, and better quality washer/dryer. I would not personally book again, but would recommend if it’s in your budget and you can bear with the aforementioned.

Rental unit was exactly as described in listing. It was clean and well maintained; in a good location; parking in bldg; 24 hour security; PM Vincent helpful with checkin and how to work the 2 remotes for TV. What made it enjoyable was all appliances were newer models and well maintained. The only drawback is having instruction sheet on how to work TV remote and overhead ceiling fan/light combo. We would definitely rent this unit again!
