My overall review is very good and we would definitely stay here again.Pros: I love to cook and the kitchen has everything plus more of what you would need. The only item I found lacking because it's what I use at home is a microwave plate cover (just a recommendation). I forgot to bring my magnified make up mirror (I wear glasses and need one to apply makeup) and was happy to find that there was a magnified lighted makeup mirror provided (thank you!) So many clothes hangers in each closet (again, thank you!) I also get hot when getting ready, but there were portable electric fans in each bathroom that was so appreciated. Cons: We checked in at 4 pm and the room was very warm because the blinds were all raised and the view faces west. The view is spectacular, but it took us a good 30 minutes to figure out how to lower the electric blinds. We looked all over for a remote control and finally discovered that the control panel was on the kitchen wall. I don't recall if that was disclosed in the condo manual and if it was that was my bad for not seeing it. If not, I would suggest adding it. Having electric blinds that all work together or individually is a great addition! The windows in the bedroom that faces the ocean looked like they hadn't been cleaned in years. We could barely see out of them and the window sill is rusted in spots. The picture online is not accurate. The bed pillows really need to be upgraded. I finally found one that was better in the other bed
The ocean view was amazing and the amenities were on point, all the comforts of home and beach gear provided
The condo was everything the pictures show plus more! It was very clean, spacious and the views were so incredibly beautiful! Watching the turtles swim while relaxing on the huge lanai and the amazing sunsets at night were my favorite. We were able to get a late check out which was very awesome!! If you are looking for a beautiful place to stay...this is the one to book!
Had an amazing two weeks, location was perfect and the views from the place are hard to beat!

Our stay was absolutely amazing. The management was friendly and helpful. Our beds were comfortable, the condo is gorgeous, and OMG THE VIEW. Every morning we sipped our coffee on the balcony and enjoyed watching sea turtles - it was truly amazing
Everything was as described. The views from the balcony are remarkable. Could see sea turtles everyday swimming and even sunning on the beach.

Can’t say enough about the Royal Kahana 610. Amazing views from huge well appointed balcony and the floor to ceiling windows. Condo was in good condition. Kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and grilling. The Hawaii Life Stice Team were great to communicate with. The Royal Kahana staff were all very friendly and helpful. Pool and grilling area was well kept and the pool temp was great!

Very nice interior condition. Overall property is showing the miles. Pool not much. We went to the Hyatt and got a day pass to their pool. Also, they were doing construction work all day we heard the jackhammers.

Absolutely beautiful, would highly recommend this rental. The view is gorgeous, we sat on the large balcony each morning and evening. Saw whale spouts all over the place. Turtles just off the shore. The place is beautifully decorated and so comfortable. We couldn’t have found a better place to stay. We would definitely rent again.
The location of this unit was great with a large balcony that overlooked the ocean and we were able to see whales almost constantly. Unit was very clean and appeared to be recently renovated. Building renovations were going on during our stay but was not an issue for us. Only issue we had was the washer was not working and could not be fixed while we were onsite. Was a little bit of an issue since we were on the tail end of a 2 week trip but we managed without it
